Wow... where to begin? We arrived to get a passport processed (9:30am), third in line, and were warned by the people second in line that this was a horrible place to go to get this done. They were veterans, having gone through this process once and having been denied one out of their three passports. They had all their documentation ready and provided us with good tips on how to appease the passport Gods at the front of the line. Anyways, the people that were first in line, a family of five, spent a good 30 mins with the gentleman processing their forms before said gentleman went on lunch (10:00am) and we just waited around for 15 minutes before anyone figured out that no one was processing passports. Finally, one poor woman behind the counter picks up the second people in line (the first people had to fill out additional forms) and tried to process them. People came to this facility with no instruction as to what the passport line is and what the general mail and package line is (I instructed them) while many people left after realizing how long wed been there. Four people helped to process people with packages while this lone woman was stuck processing passports. The gentleman that went on lunch told me only one person is allowed to process passports at a time... wtf? After people #2 got processed, people #1, the family of 5, walked up and took care of their stuff which took a good hour. We ended up waiting an hour and half, as the third people in line, just to be told that our documentation wasnt quite enough to get a passport. This is a horrible place to be and I would recommend anyone using this location should just use FedEx, UPS or any other means to ship packages. Also, there are LOTS of better locations to get your passport done

If you are dissatisfied with a Product or Service you purchased at USPS, they DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK, The 1-800 Customer Service Complaint line is a disorganized mess and a waste of time. They just give you the run around and do not solve your problems. I purchased a P.O. BOX at the Enfield, CT Location (Palomba Drive) and for some unknown reason, my P.O. BOX was locked all the time and I did not have access to it. I paid my fees within the appropriate deadlines but it was continuously locked. I complained to the management staff and they told me the clerk who was responsible for the P.O. BOXES was slacking off and not doing his job. They told me I should not complain to customer service. "I should just keep my mouth shut". The Management Staff at the Enfield Location are vey rude, nasty, ignorant and unprofessional. I speculate the USPS went to a trailer park and recruited the Enfield management staff from this environment because they acted like the were "Trailer Trash.

A delightful blend of rudeness and incompetence. Needed to get a passport for my daughter. The first time, the guy was so slow, he couldnt get through the people in front of us. The second time, the woman on Saturday morning was unnecessarily rude and couldnt seem to figure out the process. I know it wasnt us because we watched her rip up everybody in line before us. Dont bother with this place, it and the people that work there are a waste of time and space.

Just finished a follow up phone call on a package I shipped with Jane and she was fantastic! She answered the phone promptly and politely. She knew the business I was shipping to and explained that companies receiving procedure. Thank you for you for the help and for going above and beyond.

The workers are always rude and act like you are just bothering them when you call with a question. No manners. Also have sent my packages to another post office on accident many times. Wish I had a different post office to deal with seeing how I get packages on a regular basis.

Absolutely horrible post office. The guy I always get stuck with is so slow and so rude. He tried to charge me 9 DOLLARS for him to put a fragile stamp on my package one day. I called up later about it and nobody knew why he would do that. Terrible place.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. The people are so rude and do not care about their customers at all. They act as it they are not being paid to do a job and that you are asking them to do you a favor by doing it.

There is, was?? a postal worker, Lisa may be her name ,who had a bad attitude toward me for some strange reason!?? Not very welcoming, didnt smile. Obviously did not enjoy her job very much.

All Rude, if you dont like the way your life turned out, get off the couch and change it, what you dont do is act like rude , stuck up ugly woman, and the guy is slow as molasses too.
