I picked up my car after a month long wait. During which I was given no information or pricing. My calls were not returned. As my calls increased due to weeks rolling by. I was treated like an irritation. After the one month mark. I was told basically my car was 85%. They werent happy with that but. If I didnt want to wait longer. No timeline or information given. Well I could pick up my car. They charged me $350. Making it understood this was a great discount. The car isnt even a little fixed it barely runs. It will cost me additional money and inconvenience. I can not afford. Save time and money go elsewhere.

Id highly recommend it without reservation. KB is a local business that offers excellent and speedy service. The price is fair and the staff are friendly and respectful. Trustworthiness is another positive quality that keeps me coming back to KB even after I no longer live in the area. Steve, the owner, is an honest business man, so neednt to worry about being tricked into replacing parts that you dont need (yet). I just wish they also open on Saturday. Overnight drop is available, however, as they open early in the morning.

Been going to KB for probably close to 15 years now. Very fair, will only do what needs to get done. Once I tried to repair my truck on my own, but when I couldnt replace the part, not only did they charge me for only a half hour labor but because I bought a quality part they used it. These guys are great. Appointments required!

Tried repeatededly to scam me. Put aftermarket parts in my car when he initially told me aftermarket parts wouldnt work !!! Then was told after it didnt work "Sorry I tried my best " He had my car for six days. Nothing was fixed when I picked it up.Had to take it to Pauls Automotive in East Hartford. They fixed it in 2 days.

Make sure to take a appointment...service is excellent and I am very satisfied...better than any BIG automotive ships near by to Hartford to Manchester....
