Mike and his crew completed a major renovation and addition on our tiny, run-down cape in 2013. From project inception through completion, RVR was first rate. As we began, Mike had amazing ideas and insight as we worked through the design phase to make sure our plan was "just right". Then, a thorough walkthrough with his subcontractors allowed us to ask questions, solicit advice, and generate ideas that would make the project really shine. Finally, he helped us arrange financing for our 203K renovation loan and answered all of our questions along the way. Throughout construction, Mikes expertise and professionalism shone through. Every part of the project was completed to our satisfaction and exceeded our expectations. Whenever a problem arose, (which in a renovation this scope is unavoidable), Mike approached it logically, executing a solution that ultimately made the finished product even better. Our home is now spacious, beautiful and impressive thanks to RVR! With excellent subcontractors and an honest, experienced, and knowledgeable owner, RVR is the right choice for any home remodeling project big or small. I recently received 3 quotes for a roof project on an investment property. It was obvious from the beginning that the current roof(which was leaking) was never done correctly. Mike the owner of RVR came out quickly and returned a quote significantly cheaper than the other 2 I received. The main difference was probably the choice of product for my flat roof. Mike explained why I didnt need the more expensive product and then did a great job uncovering decades of poor roofing jobs. He took everything down to original plywood, replaced what needed replacing and then put a brand new roof on the correct way. The roof looks great and more importantly no more leaks. The job started on time and was done quickly and very neatly. I would absolutely recommend RVR for any roofing or remodeling job.

They worked fast, and kept everything so clean, you didnt even know they had been there at the end of the day.
