By FAR, the WORST service Ive EVER had at a post office! I got a note saying they had some mail for me that had postage due, so I went there to pick it up. After standing in line for 5 minutes (with no one ahead of me) waiting for the people behind the counter to stop talking with one another, I gave they guy my slip. He went back there for ANOTHER 10 minutes looking for my letter. Finally, he gave the slip to someone else & came back up front. Minutes later, some one else brought up a letter to the front counter. The first guy hands it to me & starts processing the transaction, and I looked at it and saw that it was addressed to SOMEONE ELSE. i brought this to they guys attention, he berated the guy who brought it to him, then I waited another 10 minutes before the guy told me they couldnt find it. He said "if we do find it, you wont have to pay the postage due". Great. Just great...

My experience at this post office has always been good. During the holiday rush, when there are lines, the people behind the counter are efficient and friendly, setting a tone that spreads to those who are waiting. We lend each other pencils, chat about the holidays, and enjoy the little moments of calm before rushing out into the roar of errands. At other times of year, the waits are seldom long and the clerks are helpful with advice about packing and choices of delivery options. I love this post office. I prefer it to the stores that have PO desks, where the clerks are multi-tasking and often poorly trained. The people at the main office know more, are not distracted with other duties, and offer more resources.

These are the rudest workers I have ever come in contact with. They know nothing about what they offer or the company and never wants to help. Every time I call they always have an attitude and never wants to look things up. The service is bad. I myself own a very successful business, and if I were the owner of that branch, I would "clean house" and start fresh. I give them a D-

Complete incompetence! Something was suppose to be delivered today, Sunday, and now on the tracking there is a note saying the house was not accessible. They walk up my front yard and place stuff on my porch. No fences, locks or codes needed. Someone was a lazy idiot and didnt want to do their job. I was home all day and kept checking. Pure INCOMPETENCE!!!!!
