Ive always had good service here, not always with a smile, but the lobby is always clean and their hours are pretty convenient. The lines can get very long, so I suggest you try visiting in off peak hours. Also, between the first of the month and the third of every month its crazy busy, so if possible, Id avoid those days all together.

Absolutely horrible. The lines are long, the employees are rude and impatient, and the delivery drivers are incompitent! I had 2 packages delivered and I had to schedule a pickup because I never knew they were at my house and I was home the whole time! They didnt bother ringing my apartment doorbell!

Horrible. Called from the instant they opened, 8:30 its now almost 10 am; (going on my 20th call and its 9:43 am) and I never got any customer service on the phone. I was sent to voice mail then I called again and no one picked up. Doesnt even deserve a star.

This is the worst Post Office to come to if you have to do business. Their counter staff is rude and the supervisor is even ruder his name is Wayne and he looks like Newman from Seinfeld. Stay away if you can just go to another PO.

If you wan to send anything dont send it by the USPS because dont go to be on time get FedEx or UPS my package was bouncing by the Post Offices on Springfield for 3 days when it suppose to be home in a day
