they are not happy what they do never got my mails on time too many excuses mails are either not delivered or never on time paid thousands extra dollars for not receiving the bills and mail on time always have a new mail man or a rude woman showin up putting the mails outside of mail boxes for all our building residents living here for over 15 years.... what a piece of ......management staff and ......springfield postal service and mail man i love him and they alway got good tips on easter newyear and christmas from me

Dont ever trust them. They said my package was undeliverable. But my adress is correct. They lied and send the package back to my seller on amazon. Im so angry right now. Close down if you cant do your job.

Holds your package and makes you reschedule for no reason. Ive had nothing but negative experience with usps. They always hold packages and deliver late in the day.
