Package was suppose to be delivered on Saturday November 28 and nothing I check status all it said was accept, every time i call all get is the same message.. took forever for anyone to return a call to be told they didnt know where my package and they will try to locate it etc etc but didnt tell me when they will call me with some type of news!! This is unacceptable.. I should had learned my lesson the first time i try to us the postal office to have something delivery in tow days it took over a week to get delivery NOW here we go AGAIN nobody knows anything... all I get are messages that someone will return my call and they never do! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE USPS TO DELIVERY ANYTHING THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE

So everytime I go to this post office to send a parcel international..they over charge me.. I sent a package to Canada and they charged me for Europe.. I went back there with the receipt to show them that the address I had written on my parcel and the international slip doesnt match the receipt..so out of curiosity I asked them if the parcel will go to canada even though they had me paid for another country, they said it will go to wherever I write on the package.. Hmmm.. Another time just yesterday, ship to canada again, and the receipt printed France. Like??.. Wth?? Anyway, they offer me stamps to replace the over charges, local stamps..cuz they cant do a refund. Customer service personnels have the worst attitude!

They stated they made a delivery attempt and left an info notice at my door at 6PM yesterday and no one came by at that time or left an info notice. I was at my home waiting. Ive attempted to contact them multiple times and it goes directly to someones direct voicemail at this location. Ive also attempted to contact usps customer service number and no one is available to take any calls for tracking packages. Worst shipping experience ever. You wonder why USPS is doing so bad and offices are closing down. This is why. The customer service is horrendous. Ill be taking my business to one of their competitors going forward.

I really never saw anything like it. I have been trying all morning to telephone and no one answers. There has got to be someone there. Maybe they are just busy but I am sure that there is someone hanging around in the back office. I am beginning to wonder if it is a matter of a totally different culture in Hartford. I never have any trouble reaching someone when I call out of town. Either these folks arent trained properly or they are just there to get a pay check. Maybe it would be better if the PO closed down and some of these idiots went on unemployment.

Here we go again. Dropped off a few Express Mail envelopes, teller did not want to scan them and give me a receipt because the place was busy. Finally he agreed to scan it, still he would not simply give me a receipt citing the shipping label was purchased through paypal. Hello Weston ST Hartford USPS..I need the receipts for my company, every other post office I have been to gives me a receipt..

I never have a problem here, even if lines at certain hours. I also typically drop my pre-paid packages off here too (it helps a LOT to use this service) whether with people or in the self-serve kiosk area. This is the main regional hub to then go to Springfield, so it saves time & an extra leg vs. dropping them off in other area offices.

Incompetent at best. Im amazed how the man and woman working the counter today (Dec 22) when there was NO line refused to help me or a half dozen others people who passed through while I was there. Ive never dealt with worse postal employees.

Postman is marking packages as delivered in the office before going on his routes. Ive "received" 3 packages within the last week that were marked as delivered hours before they actually appeared in my post office. How is this acceptable?

I am missing 2 packages that are time sensitive yet both say are delivered...HOW???? The mailman that does our route does NOT deliver every day we see him sitting in his truck...how do you get away with that???? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Out for delivery at 8:10am and its 1pm are you serious when is my package coming I have no idea because I know my package will be left at my door and someone will steal it so Im still here waiting

This is Hartfords Main post office and it is great for getting stuff into the mail that needed to be mailed Yesterday. I have only once encountered an actual employee and they were nice enough.
