Wow. USPS has now lost two packages. The first package was due to be delivered on the 21st, and was being forward from my old address. The tracking says it was delivered on Tuesday to my old address. I have yet to see this, nor have the office staff at my old apartment complex. It is now 6 days past the supposed "delivery date" and I have not seen it. The S. Windsor office claims it was delivered to Manchester, and its no longer their problem. I notified the seller on Amazon of the issue, and he kindly sent another package Priority 2-Day late in the day on the 23rd. I understand that the holiday takes away a day, and shipping it late on the 23rd would make it go out the 24th. That being said, It should have arrived today. When I called the post office regarding this they claimed "There no guarantee." WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE PAY EXTRA IF YOU CANT GUARANTEE IT????? All the super-mean, aggressive woman at the post office could say was, "we should see it tomorrow" and, "Theres no guarantee on 2-day shipping." Wow. In the past two weeks I have had the worst experience with any company ever, and it just so happens to be our federal postal service. There is clearly no accountability, nor do these people care about your package, nor do they care to help people who are concerned about their parcels. No wonder USPS is losing contracts to UPS and FedEx left and right. I will never be shipping anything through the USPS again. Learn some customer service and take responsibilities for your companies actions. This is a terrible way to do business.

Not great service at all. I walked in and requested how I wanted a package sent. The lady at the counter proceeded to give me an attitude over the size of the box, and the fact that I want to mail it at certain way. I was not pleased with the attitude I received. I will not be going back here at all anymore. I was two seconds away from trying to get that lady removed from her job. If you dont like your job and are miserable, just quit. Do us all a favor. Disappointed!

We were shipping a snake today. The clerk was incredibly rude about it. Clearly had a fear, which I get, but it was inside a box. She made it abundantly clear she wanted nothing to do with it. She wouldnt even touch the box. When the transaction was complete she asked me to put the box inside a usps tote and walked away with it and proceeded to drop the tote on the floor. Theres a living animal in that box!! I will never use them again.

Worst post office ever. Passport application hour says 10 to 3. But have to wait about half hour to have someone come back from lunch. We got there before 11:20!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The woman they have working the front during the weekdays is awful. Shes rude and very unpleasant.

One of the women who works in this post office is extremely rude. She actually threw my receipt to me few times. So annoying.
