I felt as though I was being taken advantage of the moment I stepped in there. First of all I was looking for a certified pre-owned car. Specifically the CX5. I go in and of course I have a budget. They have this one dude hanging out that is the "heckler" he is the pre-owned dealer - the guy who purchases the used cars..? He stands around and makes comments to intimidate the buyer. It may seem like a good idea but not so much - it was annoying. And then there was the salesman I was working with directly. He was trying to prove some point about even though the car is $23,000 your car payments will be under 300$ but I was like dude I dont want to pay $23,000 for a car. Sorry. He kept going on and on. Mind you I am a younger female, alone in this place. I felt dirty after leaving there. Like they were pulling out all the tactics to get me to buy a car. I caved in and said ok, let me put $100 hold on this CX 5 and sleep on it. Ill be back in a few days. Long story short I didnt go with the car and brought my boyfriend with me to get the refund. The dealer dude said the finance office was closed but he would refund me the next day when the office was opened. Needless to say that was a month ago. I have called, emailed and called again. Nothing. They have yet to give me the refund for the deposit. I did not sign an agreement that they could keep the money or anything. It was simply a hold. Now I am not sure how I will get it back. I think I have two options; report them to the better business bureau or stop down there and demand a refund. Choose another dealer because these guys will rip you off and not treat you well.

Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had with anyone. Not only did they try to falsely charge me the manager there Ray threatened to keep my car, blocked my car off from the towing people with his truck, and threw my keys at my car calling me a low slime scumbag. Also told me I need to take pills and get my eyes checked. All of this happened after he attempted to cover up a deal he made with me to bring my car there and have it looked at. After having my car for a month and not doing any real work on it i finally got it back when I threatened to get the cops involved. I came with the intentions to pay the price for the agreed upon deal and left with my car not paying a dime. This was because Ray tried to cover up our agreement and when confronted about it made it seem like he never agreed to it. Also the story he tried to cover it up with made no sense since if adding the cost to what he claims I agreed to wouldve been more than my actual bill. I am currently going up the chain in command to report this while submitting this review.

I purchased my first new car ever from this dealership, a 2015 Mazda CX9. I was a very Skeptical since I had almost got burned the day before at Oldsaybrook Mazda. Julian was awesome he did everything he said he would fully loaded out the door and the same price Oldsaybrook wanted to charge only theirs didnt have any options on it "$4000.00 worth of Options" I found the entire staff from the salesman "Julian" to the business manager "Larry" to be very customer oriented,Larry is a dollar man plain and simple he deals with the lenders and makes it happen no questions no games very direct and no hidden BS. They are friendly and easy to work with. Everything was done over the Phone I simply walked in signed the papers called my insurance and drove out in one hour tops. Absolutely Painless I am so happy and satisfied. And Julian I cant talk highly enough Just no bs straight forward,Friendly, personal, just all around awesome with out the salesman gimmicks.

My husband and I recently bought and financed two cars from Mazda of Milford; a 2009 Nissan Altima and a 2015 Mazda3 Grand Touring. Since our first visit to the dealership, the customer service was outstanding. We worked with Julian Gangemi, sales representative for Mazda of Milford, and the professionalism, etiquette and generosity he offered us from the moment we walked through the door was incomparable to any other automobile dealership weve gone to in the past. He, along with his staff, worked very hard to make sure our experience was the best and will continue to be the best. We are very happy to have found a dealership that we can trust, that will take of us in the future and that we actually look forward to visiting! Thank you so much to everyone that made our experience so magnificent. -Jackie & David

Worst dealer experience Ive ever had. I was trying to buyout my lease and you would think that they were doing me some huge favor without getting paid a cent. The Finance guy lied to me, telling me that I needed to do things that made no sense and that he could get this all taken care of in a day. Completely not true, after some back and forth I find out this is going to take weeks. I call the Manager and he again lied to me and contradicted the few truthful things the Finance guy said. Manager swore hed call me two days later after he got the problem resolved, and that was over 2 months ago, I never received a call and I had to figure out how to buyout the car outside of this dealership. I will never go here again and I tell everyone considering Mazdas or Volvos to stay away from this awful dealership.

The service department is among the worst I have had the unfortune to deal with. On two separate occasions, I have had routine service, first for the 7500 mile, then the routine 15000 mile service performed (oil change, topping off fluids, and change of air filter). On both occasions, it took over 4.5 hours to complete. I scheduled the appointment so that I would be first in the morning. Neither time idi they wash my car, as promised, as they were 'rushed' to complete my service. I can guarantee that I will not be purchasing, nor servicing any vehicles from them in the future. I can guarantee that I will let everyone know about my awful experiences with this dealership.

Salesman was not helpful and never followed through on his promises. The service department is by far the worse, their service writers are not knowledgeable and their manager is rude. If car is under warranty they will claim there is no problem. They are more concerned with hitting you with services you dont need than addressing real concerns. My car was checked by 2 outside mechanics that both found the same problems with my vehicle, strangely enough Mazda didnt (because it was warranty). Very dishonest people to deal with from sales to service. Other posts I have read here are true, they dont detail your new vehicle and the service writers dont make eye contact.

I would definitely recommend this car dealership to anyone. I recently purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback at this location, and the experience was great! I had a wonderful salesman Timothy Nagy who was very pleasant and thorough at explaining the different specs and features of each car we looked at to make sure I had made the right decision. I also want to note that the Business Owner Larry Dimasi was very pleasant as well and was very approachable and helpful throughout the process, and made sure everything was processed correctly, and in a timely manner. I am a proud new owner of a Mazda, and I couldnt be happier. Thanks again!
