So this is the first time I have joined a fitness club as opposed to a gym. And while yes, it is a bit more than the $20 bucks a month at the Edge, Ive never seen quicker results. For one... elliptical, treadmills, free weights, and machines are utterly boring for me. Id dread going there. But Title Boxing is way more fun. 15 min warm up, 30 min boxing or kickboxing, then 15 min core. The way the hour is broken out takes about 3-4 visits to get used to but was craftfully designed to keep you motivated. The boxing is obviously the most fun as you learn technique while building longer and longer chains of combos based more or less on 3 different types of punches. You beat up your bag for 3 min then do an easy exercise for 40 seconds, then spend 20 seconds watching the trainer set up up for the next 3 min round. It is quite satisfying punching the bag. I prefer boxing over kickboxing but thats just me. Im 62" and hate working out abs, so the last 15 min of hard-core (I never understood the true definition of this word) is murder for me. But results came as I would never push myself to work that hard on my own in a gym. The trainers are awesome. Each one is unique in their approach. Mike is all about power, Eugene is about being quick on your feet, Norberto is more about isometrics and combos. Each one makes for a unique workout. Regardless of who, they are all fantastic motivators and bounce around the class for quick 1-on-1 or assisting you with technique. I go to work-hour classes so I cant speak to those but I would say the make up is about 75% women. Even though its centered around an aggressive sport, no one should feel any sort of intimidation while there for you are a champ just walking in the door. Also, bring a small towel as you will certainly go blind form the sweat pouring into your eyes.

WORST customer service provided by female manager. When we signed up for the family plan and paid the yearly membership fee we were told we could cancel anytime just let them know. We were also told that if there was a month that we couldnt go we would not be charged. We asked if it is like all gyms with the recurring payment and we were told NO. Our daughter went to California and we told them to take her off the account. Norberto was nice enough to say that since the month had passed when she came back he would give her private lessons to make up for the monthly fee. We then called to cancel but everytime you call the voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message. The message even gives another phone number to call and that mail box is always full too. When I finally got the female manager on the phone she was rude and lied. I told her that we sent three letters of cancellation and she said she never got them. Total lie! Then she said she "just " got the letter. In the letter I asked that she call me to acknowledge she received the cancellation which she did not do. They must be desperate for money that they need to keep charging people when they cancel. The trainers are awesome but the female manager is awful!!! Completely ruined it for the club

Great club. Really motivating and supportive crew. You will not feel lost in the crowd, like at some other fitness clubs/gyms, etc. They will know you by name. The workout is the best in town. If you dont burn a ton of calories, you must be just standing there! .... just adding to this review. im two years into this now and i still stand by my claim that its one of the best workouts youll find in the area. once you do this workout, youll wonder why youve wasted so much time at other gyms. this gives you everything you need. and the club has a great weights area when you need to do some lifting, and (i highly suggest) they have GREAT trainers if you need that extra one-on-one attention. I. LOVE. EVERY. TRAINER. this place is family. my second home.

Good workout! First time would be nice to have had someone help a little more with what punch is what. Sometimes difficult to understand a muffled microphone. Good that if you are not in shape you can just do what works for you. Pretty dismayed that they did not abide by any of their ads on FB. No $50 off unless a year membership....where does it say that in their ad.....hmmm. Free gloves?...hmmmm. Good workout but as with most places there are some simple things they can do to improve....especially by just supporting their ads....looking forward to getting in shape! :-) Also not good if you have bad back or other injuries since no one ever helps you or tells you whats safe to do etc. Should have beginner/smaller classes.

My 16 yr old son wanted to learn boxing ! I called Title Boxing in Milford.. I spoke with Emily who was not only helpful but friendly & her energetic attitude helped me decide to bring him there! Once there Emily again was helpful, & friendly... we felt comfortable and no pressure ! Then we were introduced to Jonathan, he took my son through the process without any intimidation. I stayed to watch the work out and was blown away! So 2 days later I took my son Back & joined also!! What a work out! I never felt intimidated, Jonathans class was awesome! He walked me through several times . All the staff was encouraging after class

I attended my first boxing class this evening with Moe and wow..... what a workout!!! It was so exciting and challenging and is absolutely the kick in the butt that I needed to re-motivate myself! Everyone that I met today at Title was so kind and polite and every staff member introduced him/herself to me and that kind of introduction goes a Long way for me! Such a great team and Im so excited to meet the rest of the crew/family. Theyve already got my hooked and I cannot wait to grow and reach my goals in this amazing environment!!

Let me stay off by saying that I LOVE this place. I wish I would have known about it sooner! Going to title is never dreadful because it is so much fun and the work out is amazing. One thing that really stands out to me is the diversity of people that enjoy this workout, no matter what age or size title is for everyone. Becoming a member has been one of the best decisions Ive made, I feel great after every workout no matter what kind of day Ive had. I can always look forward to my hour at title thanks to the amazing trainers.
