This gym is not for the person that wants to put on their TV show and run on the treadmill for an hour. This gym is for the person that, regardless of the shape theyre in, wants something better for themselves. I was a guest in town and asked if I could workout while I was away from home. The owner was a really nice guy and told me to "change and train". I had one of the best workouts here. The patrons were nice, and everyone was there to workout, not hangout. That said, I enjoyed watching - about once about every 10 mins or so - the guys (or girls) press their max weight, while everyone was around them, encouraging and applauding if they got the job done. All in all, this gym was a great experience. I wish there was a gym like this, with guys like this near my home. If youre looking for a place to get away and burn off some steam, you found it here.

Best gym Ive ever been to. Less than I was paying for LA fitness at a place with specialized equipment you would expect to pay equinox prices. The owners are real cool and helpful, willing to answer any questions you have. I come here for powerlifting but there is also strongman equipment here. I was planning on building my own home gym, but now I have no reason to!
