I use the personal training myself, and Ive finally lost the weight I want. Im down about 8 lbs in the last month See Brian for a Membership, and Ask for Nick the Master trainer in the Personal Training department- this guy knows his stuff when it comes to getting in shape. They have a couple of awesome trainers at least - always on staff. Scheduling is easier than most places, and all your sessions roll over- I pretty much use it as I want. love the staff - love the easy access off LIE- and love the set up I personally love this place. I been coming since its open and its still got the same new gym smell it had when I started..now my neighbors come, my family, its just the easiest and best option.

I use this place for its personal training studio and dope trainers, these guys are pros. One does MMA training, the other comes from training at Syracuse, and one was recruited from south Florida- theyre all top notch legit trainers that actually want you to reach your goals. ASK FOR NICK, he runs the personal training department , and will hook you UP. I love the training and love the results. This place is one of the best gyms Ive been in in New England. The place is brand new, the staff are all awesome, and its spick and span. Clean as can be .

Very aggressive to sign you up very limited in answering questions to classes and services. Ive been in a few big gyms in the past and this has the making Ballys. Hoard the people in and go belly up. Services like this need individual experience not a corral of the masses. I didnt see any sanatizers on the walls near equipment either. I will return to update this review. Im interested to know what all else goes on here.

I love this place. its easy access from highway and great staff. Nick the membership manager hooked me up with the best deal, and ive been down 16 lbs since I started using their personal training PROResults program. Nicholas the Training Director set us up with the best trainer for each of our needs hands down, best in the area

Its a new gym, so its pretty nice. I myself use the free weights section and it had a lot of equipment, so Im happy. Downsides are moldy shower curtains (!!), no sauna like at many other LAF locations, no Cafe, barbell weights could be organized a little better. Ill update the review of things change.

Pan Pan

The place is new, opened in April 2017. Everything looked so nice in the first few weeks. But poor maintenance kicked in after that. Empty paper towel dispensers. Urinal out of order for 1 month. Often no toilet papers. Floor and equipment got greasy and smelly quickly.

Great location. But seams a bit smaller than the Centereach location. Theres no sauna which is disappointing or juice bar.all the extra space was taken up by the new personal training section. Best bet is to still go to port jeff Patchogue or Centereach location.

Thats a brand new Fitness center where you will definitely find a good trainer. All machines are brand new and its very clean out there.
