Okay gym, but terrible terms for getting out of contract. If you will ever have to move out of range, they will make a huge ordeal out of it. They will request that you deliver them a bill in your name with your new address on it which would take enough time for your next payment cycle to go in effect (the bills wont even be in my name!). Really poor business practices. I only had 3 months left, so it wasnt even a big deal. I certainly wont renew and wouldnt suggest Retro Fitness to anyone. They were even ballsy enough to suggest I drive 3 hours to their location in San Juan California. Yeah, no. The worst part is that you cannot cancel without 60 days written notice so they can bill you 3 more times after your term. I should have read this agreement better, but I just assumed good faith. I wont make this mistake again.

As a person who isnt fan of that gym life and has tried several, I find this one to be the best for the money. Not only are they open late, but it offers a decent amount of varied fitness equipment and the facility is always kept clean. Plus they have a very friendly late evening staff who always greet me with kindness. The first gym I dont mind paying to go to.

My experience at Retro fitness, Ronkonkoma was horrible. Front desk had horrible customer service,that was with the owner standing right there. Broken equipment with barely anything around to wipe down and clean equipment. Wi-Fi cut out quite often. I would not recommend Retro Fitness, Ronkonkoma

Decent gym with friendly staff. Chalk friendly weight floor. Locker rooms are typically unmaintained, garbage on the floor all day, every day. Showers dont have shelves. Unusual move to cut out 3/4 of the cardio floor for "team training" had me canceling my membership.

I love this gym. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My son also loves playing in the daycare and the girls that watch him are so sweet. Very updated and well kept gym. Ive been going to this gym for years. They also offer so many classes and the prices are affordable.

My experience at this gym was amazing as soon as i walked in there were 2 ladies up front names , lindsey and kate welcomed me with a warm smilling and looked like they enjoyed working there. I will recommend retro to my friends to join!

Good gym, gets a little crowded at times but as someone who goes at least 5x a week you cant get much better of a deal for 20 bucks a month.

Been goin here for about a month now and all i can say is i shoulda changed to this gym a long time ago. Very clean and staff seems friendly.

Very helpful location. Facility is clean and customer service is great. When we had an issue the owner took special care and helped is out.

The upstairs cardio area is too cramped and too many people dont rerack their weights due to little or no supervision from the staff.

Its a gym. Has plenty of weights and machines. Cardio too. It is kept clean and never have any problems with equipment not working.
