Awesome Cross Fit Box. The owners Tara and Doug are 2 of the best trainners/coaches out there. They focus on fitness form and safety. Clean and community minded atmosphere. Weather you are a beginner or hardcore fitness they can scale it to your level and keep making you better. Joined a year ago and so glad I did its been an great experience. They also have a great kids program as well as yoga and weight training.

Just completed 6 week challenge! The coaches made it fun while challenging me. I appreciated the continual instruction and encouragement throughout the workout. Looking forward to continuing what I started.
