Good gym if you like classes. Issue for me is limited biking equipment. For example, there are only 4 upright stationary bikes (despite the fact biking has become a very popular sport), and one of them has been broken for 3 weeks now. Most mornings, the 3 working bikes are occupied while there are about 20+ treadmills/ellipticals vacant. I asked the desk manager if they were planning on adding bikes. She said that they were too expensive!, and then suggested that I use one of the spinning bikes downstairs. Two problems with that. First, there was a spinning class in progress, and second, the stationary bikes allow you to set a program, the spinning bikes do not. And, while very friendly, the trainers are all over the gym with clients- so there is no place to stretch. And, last week, while in the middle of a set, one of the trainers asked if I could let one of her clients use the equipment I was using. I felt guilty saying no, but in hindsight, the in-house trainer should respect those of us that do not use their service. Bottom line is, if you dont mind waiting to use the strength equipment, and are not interested in biking, and dont mind crowds- its OK. Finally, there was a water leakage downstairs weeks ago that was never properly corrected- so the area now has a moldy smell.

Ive had a pretty bad experience here. First off they were misleading about hidden fees. So far during my 12 month membership Ive been charged $40 twice because of their "maintenance" fee. Thats on top of the $23 I already have to pay every month, so were looking at a $63 charge twice so far. I never go to the gym and Ive tried multiple times to cancel my membership, but since Im in a contract, its a firm "no" on their end. Part of good customer service is going the extra mile for your customers, but they dont really care. They just want their money.

Really friendly staff (even when youre not buying bars/smoothies), and the child care area is a huge plus. Trainer sessions are where the money is made, so unless you plan to COMMIT to it, find a self-driven routine you enjoy and that pushes you. There are plenty of free weights, decent amount of machines (but its a gym, you WILL wait occasionally). Parking is...well, awful.

Very blessed and grateful that this gym is minutes away! Gym is clean, great equipment, excellent protein shakes (yummy), and the manager, JoEllen is awesome! Shes very down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the gym members and their needs. I just renewed my membership because of my experience, and even my son is now a member!

Decent gym, has a good variety of machines and dumbbells, locker rooms are clean and theres a shake bar. Price is also reasonable. I did wish that there were more power racks/barbell racks (theres only 2) and dedicated lifting platforms.

UNCLEAN, STAPH INFECTION WARNING. Horrible gym from that perspective. Also heard multiple complaints about their outsourced billing being a bunch of mafia thugs over charging and big sky doing nothing about it.

Be careful if you may move - I tried to cancel when I moved and was not allowed to. I signed a 1 year contract. My bad for not reading it thoroughly - but I was told I could cancel anytime and I listened.

Theyre still making some internal improvements (renovating the locker rooms, bathrooms, showers), but I dont see any way they can improve the horrible parking situation. 2:00 close on Sunday? Really?

Clean, reasonably priced, great location. Staff is very friendly too. I wish they had a spot for powerlifting, but thats a minor quibble.
