I am a singer and travel a lot. So, I get the unique opportunity to see a vast number of PF locations. This is one of the few I felt I wanted to review almost all due to the staff. I am a large person who often feels awkwardly out of place at gyms. Every time I walk into this PF I am greeted with smiles and friendliness. Theyd have 5 stars if the showers were cleaned with bleach nightly. (black mold????!) Equipment is good & never crowded. Only 2 gym locations so far I would rate higher, Virgina Beach, VA - Laskin Road (the best in the country! SUPERIOR Felt like a real fancy spa) & NYC Harlem-East River (CLEAN & Their staff are taking some kind of happy pills. Crazy fun energy...very motivating and welcoming).

Deceitful THIEVES. I had a serious conversation with a staff member at planet fitness orange, I said I did not want to renew my account. He told me that it is not a problem and it will expire after a year. I told him I was concerned about automatic renewal. The staff member said they did not do that. HE LIED to me. I just realized I have been charged three months and then another charge of their yearly additional fee. PLANET FITNESS ORANGE SCAMS YOU. I called my bank and they said I need to send a certified letter, nothing else can be done.

I love this gym. Facilities are kept clean once every 60-90 minutes. TVs that cant be changed should be set to exercise channels to keep clients motivated. The best part is, the trainers are free, and very motivating. The problem is, you might see them once, and never again. I would still recommend PF to anyone looking to get in shape.

Well today I came in the gym with a friend until I get my payment straightened out. And I got top that I could not , come in as a visitor,after both young women truer to talk out loud for others to hear. Ihave been a member for more than 10 years I will not be totally humiliated by children that are my childrens age and the public

The gym was much better a few years back. Now, the front desk (two girls) has an attitude, will not even look at broken machines, the two girls only play techno / rave music too loud and the locker room / showers are nasty. If you want a gym with a junior high school mentality this is the one for you.
