was excellent when I started working out there. Under new ownership and management (father/son team) It has headed downhill. Equipment gets removed but not replaced when broken. If you have any anytime membership go ANYWHERE else. Agamam has a wonderful facility. I recently needed to end my membership and did everything I needed too correctly on my end. I was charged again the following month, it took three days of phone calls to four people to get my money back. All the while I was treated like I was the one who was wrong and No one seemed to know what they were doing. Perhaps trainers should stay on the floor and people who know how to push paper stay in the office. The manager Zach is very ignorant on his job and doesnt have to worry about it cuz Daddy owns the place

Great workout ANYTIME! This is one of the larger ATF clubs Ive been to in New England. There is plenty of cardio equipment and tons of free weights with lots of room to spare. They have a separate class area with online training available. Very clean and close to so much! What are you waiting for, come on in ANYTIME!

Great healthclub, stays clean, plenty of space, and never any crowds. I go at peak time and am able to use all equipment without ever waiting. Plus, they dont ever close.
