I brought my car in a while back to get an alignment.. Just a simple alignment. For background - my car is my baby. Its an AWD turbo car that put down 323hp at the wheels. A lot of blood sweat and tears went into that car. Its a delicate machine, and if you dont know what youre doing you will break something. Now fast forward to my visit. I handed him the keys, and the dummy pulled out into traffic at full throttle and proceeded to blast down the street running out the first three gears to redline. After that he took a right turn and who knows how hard he drove the car after it was out of my sight. He got back about 10 mins later and hurried into the garage. I had some words with him after they were done, and he went off on *ME*. Telling me hes so sorry he drove my Ferrari (sarcastic) and hell never do it again, swore at me a few times, etc. I gave him a piece of my mind and took off.. NEVER EVER EVER will I go back. I tell everyone I know how horrible this guy is. He might be OK to get tires from, but I will never give him another dime of my money.

Brought my vehicle in there for a tire repair. The guy at the counter was rude and obnoxious to begin with. He charged me 20 to plug a tire and remove fix a flat that I had put in the tire He said wouldnt have to worry about the tire after it was fixed. 2 days after the repair my tire was leaking fix a flat through the plug. Had to take to town fair tire where the said they no longer practice the type of fix he did on my tire as it was a temp hold. They charged me $4.00 for a patch and tire has been fine since The guy I spoke with I believe to be the owner. He told me Im nasty but fact is if you are in need of a tire repair this shop is incompetent

I have bought 3 sets of tires at Tire Pro. They earned my respect with low prices, friendly, professional service and knowledge. For example, when A-1 quoted me $600 for a replacement set of 4 tires for my prius, Dicks cost to me (out the door) was $320. Plus, free rotation every 8,000. This shop is great! I do not know "idiot owner" but suspect that if his experience is true it was an abeeration. If it happenned to me I would have got Dick (owner) involved. Cant imagine he wouldnt have fired the guy on the spot. Ive been living in Naugy for 60 yrs and noone I know says a bad word about Tire Pro.

yo, I called them up real late on a saturday, like, 30 minutes before they closed. I showed up maybe 3 minutes after closing time, and Paul, who I can only assume is the manager took care of my tire change. Incredibly great service, better-than-walmart prices, took about 10-15 minutes, I just sat and relaxed for a bit. Cant wait to get another flat so I can give these guys more money.

Bought tires from them about a year ago that they recommended and they also did some work that was needed at the time i bought my tires and besides a slow leak i had on one of the tires which they immediately handled at no charge, i have had no problems... very informative and cool person to talk to,.. Also the company i work for deal with them and we have had no problems at all...

George - everything I said **WAS** with the owner!! He was sarcastic, rude, and totally un-professional. I will never go there again, and I tell all my friends in Naugatuck to avoid this shop like the plague. I *ALWAYS* support local businesses, that is until they give me a reason not to.

They have been doing our fleet service in Ct on our vans for about 6 months now, and personally on my stuff for years, great tire brands and quality, awesome service, especially on flat repairs on the vans for work. Very quick, great service

Had slow leaks in two of my tires... brought it here, and they took care of it at a good price and within about 15 minutes I was out the door. Havent heard a bad thing about these guys and Ive been in Naugatuck for a while now.

I have never had a problem with anybody there, they are very professional, even the guys in the back, I have become a loyal customers to them. Every car I own gets its tiers from there..
