Been going here for 13 years now, nothing but great service, good rates, great parts. Also bought 2 vehicles from the shop and will be buying a third soon. In regards to the user who posted that after emissions was not told what was to be fixed, state law does not allow the inspector to tell you what needs to be fixed unless you want him to do the work, so get informed before you make remarks like that. Also, if you dont like thew owners attitude, go to story brothers or other "shops" in New Britain where they will lie to your face with a smile if you like that sort of thing, at least the owner here wont ever lie to you and give you false promises.

I really dont know how they get any business. The young guy behind the desk doesnt care acknowledge you. When he finally does, its with a personality of a field stone. He wouldnt even say hi, then just looked at me like i had three heads. Just seemed ALL AROUND RUDE.... It just felt like I was bothering him by bringing my car to get worked on. If you enjoy feeling like a piece of crap, they will gladly help you with that..

Peter is very knowledgeable and doesnt go around "shooting in the dark" while costing you an arm and leg for doing so. Right to the point, with great service, and super fast as well. The Service here is the best around. The shop owner is knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. Ive been coming here for over seven years with no regrets. I dont know many repair shops around that you can say that about. The prices charged are also very reasonable.
