I took my car in for a Body work estimate due to a Car accident. Jeff was awful, he didnt explain anything and he didnt listen to anything I said. A few days went by and I called questioning the estimate, Jeff told me he was still working on obtaining a estimate, however he was actually repairing the car without my consent. Once I found out Jeff started the repairs I told them I wanted my car back and he threated to give it back in pieces. I was forced to let them repair it and once it was repaired the cost was more then I owe. Jeff and Bob where both very rude when I got upset because of the lack of communication and completely disregarded my concerns, they both acted like I didnt matter because the insurance was paying for the repairs. No matter what situation you are in it is your choice to choose a mechanic to repair your vehicle, if you ask for an estimate thats what you should get. I DO NOT recommend them and will never go there again.

I had bodywork done here after an accident and they did not bother to do things properly with my vehicle and damage was caused. I was then forced to pay out of pocket for the damage they caused. When I proved to them they caused the damage, the only thing they were willing to do was tow my vehicle. I would never trust them again. My vehicle came out with many issues it never had when it went in. They didnt bother to call me once to give me an update on my vehicle even though they said they would. They were very rude in general and had attitude since day one. I wish I had read these reviews before trusting this shady place with my vehicle.

Just got back from their shop and I couldnt be happier. This is my third time there and every time they have been not only straight forward, but they have done a great job with the repairs needed. Unlucky, one of the parts they put on the car a few months back seemed to be defective. They replaced it again under warranty with no questions asked. Im sure at many other shops I would have had to argue my case on why they should be paying for the part and labor, but they saved me the hassle and took care of it. Pricing is good, communication is good, work is done well.

I would not bring your vehicle here!! I took my car in to be looked at because it stopped blowing heat. After they supposedly looked at it, I was told the blower motor was bad. They had applied direct power and it did not come on. I was quoted over $500 to fix it and when i asked for a break down of the price it was dropped down to $425. I did not have them do the work and had it looked at by someone else, who found the blower motor was just unplugged and once plugged back in it started working. Has been working fine ever since!

Customer service is very poor! Lack of communication and welcoming upon entering . They dont seem to care about their customers. Very rude and disrespectful towards their customers. I went here for a simple emissions test and after about an hour of waiting, their maschine wasnt working. The guy had an attitude about it . Didnt apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Just rudely showed disappointment and sent customers out the door. Just very unprofessional.

if you need a shop that can make it LOOK like they did a good job, then this is the place. i picked my vehicle up on two separate occasions with incorrect or missing hardware, body panels not aligned correctly, and noises/rattles that were never there before, even after the initial damage was done. WONT be going back for a third time.

Went to Story Brothers for a dent on rear 1/4panel on recommendation of insurance, Jeff at the front was great, explained everything, was accomodating of my schedule, repairs seem excellent, same as new. Went above and beyond, detailed it, even the brake calipers are shiny again. Highly recommended.

quick emissions testing..chairs in waiting area...just walk in, on right the table has a clipboard and list..just put your name and make of car and have a seat..I prefer to bring a 20$ to just exchange for testing confirmation form/receipt when done
