I dont usually write these reviews but I had such a good experience with these guys I felt I owed it to them to put the word out. I lost my power steering on the middle of a trip through the area. Never been to the place before but was referred to them by a guy at auto zone. I explained my situation to the guys at the shop and despite being in the middle of 2 other jobs they put them on hold, and took care of me right away. Very friendly, and very very fair. I was back on the road in under an hour and was billed for less than the computer estimate. Really couldnt ask for more from a repair shop. Oh and to top it all off they clean the inside of your car and give you a coupon for a free car wash. I highly recommend these guys, if you live in the Southington area make this your everday repair shop!

Purchased a vehicle from this location and regretted it ever since. They sell lemons and dont know how to porperly evaluate what is wrong with a car when you bring it to them. Do not waste your time, money or energy dealing with them because they are crooks. If you know anyone in Plainville, ask them about the Car Doctor. Small town, news spreads fast and their reputation is not good. P.S. Might have to start selling lemons in front of their shop to prove a point.

My grandmother keeps taking her car here and every time she comes back something else is wrong with her goddamn car she has put more money into this dump than its worth I do not recommend anyone come here ever!!! Theyre just going to ruin your car worse than it was in the first place and this isnt the first time Ive heard of them screwing around with someones car. Go here at your own risk or if u have money to waste.
