A bunch of monkey tire changers that they think they are mechanics, Situation #1.went to get my tires rotated (there was ice on the ground so i figured itd be quicker to just have them do it). I walk in and the guy up front tells me "only 1 person in front of you. We can get you right in" i sat in there for 2 and a half hours while getting up every half hour and looking into the garage to see a bunch of guys laughing and walking around talking while my car sat there. When they finished the kid driving it ZOOMED out of the garage and slammed on the brakes and jumps out of the car while laughing with his equally retarded buddies. Situation #2: bought 2 tires and went to firestone to get just TWO tires mounted and put up front, im sitting in the waiting room now, 3 hours has gone by. Its like night of the living dead, everyone just mopes around with there knuckles dragging on the ground. By the time youre reading this review i will still be here and have died of old age.

I got scammed into an oil change while getting my emissions done here. Its a long story, but it should suffice to say that I was deliberately misled into thinking I needed an oil change immediately. I usually change my own and since it was close to 5000 miles since the last one, I figured Id get one while I was in the shop. To make a long story short, I have a 4.5 quart system that takes 5W-20 oil. These monkeys put in 5 quarts of 5W-30. Not good. I got my money back and had to change the oil myself. Hopefully I averted any permanent damage to my engine. God knows what else these guys screwed up while they had my car in there. Also, I lost a day of work because of all this. I do not trust these guys. I have heard of ex-managers/customer service associates who got fired from here due to their less than ethical business practices, but I cant confirm this. Buyer beware.

My company uses this place for tire changes on our fleet vehicles. This is now the THIRD time I have had an employee waiting for over 2 and a half hours for something that should take no more than an hour to an hour and a half. We make an appointment, yet the place still waits until we get there to call out fleet management company to get an approval for the service. They dont provide any update about what is taking so long either it is to try and up-sell something. Today they said the vehicle was do for an oil change when there is clearly a sticker in the windshield saying it was done YESTERDAY. Outrageous. Very poor customer service for a corporate account. I am looking into other options for our tire changes at this very moment.

Great service..They always go above and beyond when servicing my vehicles. I have been coming to Firestone for 8 years. Yes they have their not so great days, but nothing ever to worry yourself about. Just make plans to be picked up and leave your car. Its a machine, something always comes up...I never heard of someone being scammed into an oil change either...Thats a new one for me. They always recommend whats in my owners manual and nothing more...Thats my two cents.

WENT THERE TO DO MY EMISSIONS TOTAL IDIOTS, WHY WOULD I WANT TO WAIT 3 HOURS FOR A TEST OR LEAVE MY CAR BECAUSE THEIR GUY WAS BUSY WITH DOING SOMETHING ELSE. HIRE A PERSON JUST TO DO THIS BS EMISSIONS AND NOT MAKE ME WAIT HOURS ON END FOR SOMETHING THAT TAKES A FEW MINUTES. NOTHING BUT IDIOTS.

I dont usually rate big business but I was having car trouble and pulled in out of necessity, they were very friendly and did not try to sell me anything that I didnt need, car is not wobbling on the highway anymore and I was in and out with no wait. Thanks guys!

I came in looking for tires and came out feeling good about my purchase. The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful and when I had issues with my debit card was patient while I called the bank. Firestone will get my business for all of my vehicle needs!
