The question asking you to rate the appeal is a little odd for what R&N sells. Good service for low cost is what appeals to me. You cant tell driving by whether youll get that by driving by and looking at the shops appearance. Here is what I have gotten at R&N: competitive prices on tires and such, low cost repairs and maintenance without fighting off efforts to sell you something before you need it. Some dealers service departments have much better ambiance. No one at R&N is going to offer you a cappuccino. However, they are pretty fast and the waiting area is not uncomfortable and I think you will leave happy. When the new car warranty is over or if you want good tires for good prices, try them. An employee of mine got a great pair of used winter tires for far less than she expected. I have been happy as my stable of junkers for teenage drivers has been cheaply kept on the road and I have purchased some great tires for my auto which ride great, but which cost much less because the manufacturer doesnt advertise as much.

I am sorry to say that after a recommendation from a co-worker who suggested trying R and N tire that I experienced the worst service when replacing tires on my car. After tires were installed I was told that they broke a sensor on my car when taking off the old tires. (and a scratched rim) When I came to pick up my vehicle the gentleman who completed work on my car stated that they would fix the sensor at no cost to me, and to wait for a call to alert me to when the part was in stock. After almost 2 weeks with no call, I followed up with several phone calls in which they informed me that not only had the part not been ordered, but that I would have to pay for both the part, programming, and labor to the tune of an additional 150.00. After several unsuccessful attempts to speak with the owner to rectify the issue, we were forced to go someplace else. If I could recommend one thing, go someplace else! Avoid R and N tire.

Went here for a rim/tire change and balance, on a Saturday. They had it done fast, and it looked good. However, one of the owners employees forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my back wheels. I was driving down the highway when I "noticed" this (felt my wheels flapping). I could have been killed. A place like this shouldnt have incompetent employees who forget such a vital part of a wheel change. When I pulled over I could move all five bolts on each back wheel by hand. If you do decide to go here, make sure you check your lug nuts on all wheels before you drive away.

They are not good at all they told me $20 per tire for each tire mount and balance. And then they told $25 when i ask them to give me the quoted price, they said ok $20. As I drove home I noticed there was something wrong (car wouldnt stop shaking). I ended up in Walmart having them balanced again. Walmart staff stated that the tires were blananced wrong. First and last time I ever give them any business.

hit or miss service, they hire idiots like JBowen, people that cant even properly balance tires. but is chePER, but i found cheaper with better price, bought junk used tires. from RN ---- after I bought them i found rubber plugs in them. and still leaked- they refused to fix 2 days later! , my fault really. i should have checked tires better...... they were good about 15 years ago.

been going to R&N for years for simple tire rotation, mount & balance and flat repairs. Folks are nice, service is quick (far quicker than the big box tire stores). Store doesnt look like much, but thats OK by me as it means my service call is done faster. prices are right in line with other stores. never been treated rude, course Im not rude either.

Never again. I have tried to stay with R&N and shop local but this is the last time. Overcharged, under delivered on all levels. Tech took 4 phone calls while replacing 2 of my tires, secretary finally came out of her office after standing in front of her for 15 minutes. They also smashed my center hub into 3 pieces and said it "fell apart".

Super guys, fast & courteous. Always available for advice/help. Free car wash with tire service/purchase. I am biased, since I have been using them for ~ 18 years... If something goes wrong, they make it right, no muss, no fuss. Coffee you can stand a spoon in.

Service was very slow, and employees were very rude. The bill was HIGHLY expensive, so I went to another shop and got TWICE as much done and saved $100. I would NOT recommend R&N to anyone!!

Went to buy a used tire here and they sold my aunt a bad used tire. 35 dollars to get stuck again a day later. You get what you pay for. Very rude employees.
