Discourteous. I called Route 10 Tire around 9am for a simple tire rotation. After being invited over the phone to "come on in", I pulled up to their poorly marked, shoddy-looking building that I had visited last spring for new tires. The employee on duty couldnt even extend a casual greeting. Regardless, I informed the individual of my earlier phone call and inquiry about receiving a tire rotation. Instead of acknowledging my efforts, this indifferent rube behind the counter disregards everything I say and coldly tells me that he is full. Full of what, I can guess, but his expression was as vacant as the parking lot outside. I have a busy schedule and very little time to waste running around burning gas and effort to support a customer-neglectful business. This is not the type of staff I would want my wife or children to be doing business with, let alone entrusting my motor vehicle to. This is just another unpleasant New England car service shop.

Very uneventful, and that is how I want my tire place to be. Got some tires from this guys. Service was great, price was about the same as everywhere else. I needed some wheels so the guy recommended I look on internet etc. After looking around and not being sure what to get I asked him for a quote. His prices were about the same or lower than internet prices so I ordered wheels and tires for my minivan. Good service, will be back.

I used this shop a few times until one of there employees was very rude to me and I called him out on it. In turn I was threatened by him, that is not the way to keep a customer. This shop is shady and slummy there work is not the best. I would never use the again especially after my experiences with Ginos son threatening me and all. They would quote me on price and the tell me another after the work was done both times.

I found Rt. 10 Tire via Tire Rack. They are an authorized installer. When I asked them to give me a price on the same tires, they were only a few dollars off. Deciding to buy local and pay a few bucks more has paid off. They rotate tires for free. Fix flats for free. They are just really nice people. I tell anyone that asks, Go to Route 10 Tire.

Let me bring my newly purchased tires from tire-rack and gave me a four wheel alignment, got it all done before work one morning. Price was less than expected, car feels great. We bring our other car to swap the winter tires out too, helped find a bulge that developed on that car and replaced the tire at a great cost.

I have purchased tires from Rt. 10 tire on two separate occasions, and just recommended them to a friend. Their prices always seem to be the lowest around, and I can find no fault with their service. They carry top quality tires, all the major brands. When I need tires again, Ill be going back to Rt. 10.

Never had a problem with place until they treated my wife and daughter badly last Dec. Dont know with the issue was as they were trying to buy tires but you disrespect my family and Ill take my business else where.

Very good service and much cheaper then other big name tire places. I thought service was efficient and IF a problem came up they were quick to fix it for me without additional charge

Prompt and friendly service and a comfortable waiting room. I went in expecting to spend a ton of $$ on a new tire. Thankfully they were able to plug the hole for free!

Discourteous. Today, I experienced the same discourteous behavior (similar to Adam on Oct 26, 2011), and have no intention of returning or referrals.
