Worst Experience. If I could stop everyone from going to this location I would. I went in for a free brake inspection and they broke a few parts of my car which they made me pay for and returned it with both my emergency brake light on and ABS brake light on. I asked if they could turn them off and they said it could be done for a fee. They called me a liar and laughed at me when I asked them to fix the issue. I asked to speak with the owner and he was more rude than the manager that I worked with in the first place. Jerry, the owner, is a fraud and will take all the money he can from you. When I called to settle the dispute he called me and my wife both names. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I now have to pay for them to fix the mess they made on my "FREE BRAKE INSPECTION"

Roy is the best! Absolutely no BS! I went in because my car kept overheating after 20 minutes of driving. My uncle said it might be the timing belt/water pump. I brought it into this Meineke location and that is what they diagnosed it as. The guy knows his stuff! All he had to do was listen to my car and he already knew the problem lol. My car has a ton of other problems too, but not once did he try to pressure me into getting the work done there. He strictly fixed the problem I went in for and that was that. He took my car in the same day, kept it overnight and it was done the next day. Really reasonable pricing. Not the prettiest location in the world, but hey...it gets the job done! Definitely recommend!

Second time getting an oil change here, first time was uneventful but this round took about 1.5/2 hours because of a "missing filter" that had to be fetched. I set the appointment up the day before so shouldnt this problem have been already addressed? I received no discount for my troubles, paying for the filter that I had to wait for in addition to the oil change fee. Next time I will return to my dealer for the same old oil change, they always have the parts available and they would notify me otherwise and not leave me hanging around for hours, worth the extra couple of bucks! Sorry but not recommended.

I got a tune up in February and now at the beginning of August I need new spark plugs and wires, to the tune of $450. Obviously my initial tune up was a terrible job. I do not recommend this repair shop!

Dont recommend. Very rude workers here. Had an online appointment booked and they said they were closing when I came by for an appointment. Wont be wasting time coming to meineke again.

They fixed my fuel pump on my car alot more reasonably then all others that I got quotes from and have not had a problem since.
