Omg they are terrible I made an appointment to relax my hair because was tired of my natural hair this this girl didnt comb my hair first she just put whatever she got in my hair and got it tangled and got it locked took 3 good hours before they could untangled my hair, pulling and combing jeez was so terrible and it sucks because they cant speak English so was hard for me to express my thought. And then they tried to blame me about how I got threads in my hair if I do why didnt you comb it in the first place. Instead relaxing my hair I ended up blow drying it, and so freaking mad I lost some of my hair. I am never going back there they terrible suffering from migraine.

AWFUL!! My appointment was at 8 am and I didnt leave the salon until after 1:00 pm. Every 15 minutes the lady (the owner) would take a break from doing my hair. At one point in the middle of doing my highlights she stopped and started taking selfies with her friend. My highlights look awful and my hair is now uneven from the terrible cut that she gave me. This place sucks.

Its an amazing place! I go there all the time they have great service, and they do the hair very well! At first I thought it would be hard there since I am a Spanish speaker mostly I thought they wouldnt understand me but they did! And they speak it very well! You have to try it.

They did a horrible job, never again. I made appointment for no reason. Still had to wait mad long. Not very friedly either. Think about it. If your gut says no, listen to it. I went and bought me the home kit after here and redis my hair after payong over $100

I had an excellent experience here. I have African American hair and it came out completely different than I thought. I didnt have to wait long and everyone made me feel comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

Great with the Hair, Products & Service. But unfortunately alot of waiting. My waiting time was for about 4 hours, after you get call, 1 more hour. Overall OK if you got time to spend there and no where else.

I made an appointment, both times going was a horrible wait. loved my hair and nails, however they took to dam long and left me under the hair dryer way too long.

Very warm and welcoming... Did not wait long and the ladies did a great job... Its nice to hear laughter... I would recommend...
