My mom made an appointment for a color and cut, she wanted to use the gift card I got her for her 50th birthday, her appointment was for 10:45 today. Cactus called her at 10:40 to let her know her hairstylist was running late and would be ready at 11. My mom sat there for another 10 minutes (11:10 now) come to find out her hairstylist wasnt going to be done for another 15 minutes! My mom never does anything for herself we finally get her to do so and this is how she is treated!! Not nice!!

Received the worst haircut EVER by Jen....... Very unprofessional and not an experienced hairdresser. She forgot to cut one section of my hair. Went back to have correct and she made it worse. Will never go back to this location.
