The Passed Couple Times Ive Been There I Am Disappointed ! 1. Last June Of 2016 I Came In For A Bob Cut And Walked Out With A Choppy Cut Like If She Never Cut Hair Before ! 2. I Went Last Weekend To Get My Hair Dyed Red Root To Tip . My Roots Are Brown At The Top Of My Head Like If They Ran Out Of Dye But Continued On My Hair Anyways . I Am Far From Impressed And Would Recommend " The Pink Room " On South Street New Britain Ct They Are WAY Better ! They Fixed My Hair Both Times .

I Would Give This No Stars At All If I Could. I Went To Get The Kertain Treatment Because They Recommend It For My Hair Type (Natually Curly). I Was Fine The First&&Second Time Then I Noticed My Hair Kept Coming Out In Chunks Everytime I Combed My Hair. My Roots Were Really Cury&&My Ends Were Dead&&Straight. I Lost About 4Inches Of My Hair Because Of This Treatment. My Hair Has Not Been The Same. Do Not Recommend To Anyone..!!

If there was a minus zero I would put it! This place looks nice, girls are "catty" slow always on the phone so a cut takes hours! In addition, they are expensive and NEVER CUT HAIR RIGHT. TOO SHORT, UNEVEN CUTS. Went back to hair uneven cut correct and made it worse. Owner is not only ugly short and rude but extremely unprofessional! If you want a waste your money for a horrible cut Oh LA LAS is the place! THEY SUCK!

Very displeased with this place. I called to make an appointment to see my stylist Von (who by the way doesnt work there anymore) and they told me to come in but did not let me know that she was no longer there and tried to force me to sit with a different stylist. Very unprofessional, very rude. I stick to my girl, she now works at Marielas on Osgood Avenue. Look her up, shes very good.

The owners wife is very rude! You as a customer you tell her how you want your hair to be and she complains and makes faces. My haircut was crooked and they blow dry your hair with a brush completely wet instead of pre-drying your hair first. Your appointment is never on time. Last time I waited 45min when I made an appointment week in advance! Terrible customer service..!!!!!!!!

I recently visited here after hearing mixed reviews and I was so disappointed. I showed the owner a picture of a style I wanted. I have natural curly hair and she rushed through cutting and it came out horrible. I will never go here or recommend to anyone. She cut all of my hair and it was so far from the picture I showed her. I had to go to cost cutters to even it out.

This place was a nightmare!!! A treatment was done on my hair and burned my hair right off and there after my hair has been falling out like crazy. It was also expensive and I still had to pay for all the damage they caused. I went to make my hair healthier and stronger and instead I walked out with scalp burning , weak and balding hair!!! BEWAREEEEEE.

My 7 year old has gotten her hair done there 2 times now. I highly recommend Pedro, he is so good w/ my daughter who is mixed race. She is half white, half African American and at her old salon the stylist would pull on her hair, where he is so gentle and she doesnt cry at all!!!! He is such a nice person and makes my daughters hair come out sooo nice!

I made an appointment and got seen 2 hours after the appointment!! I took my mother to get her hair done and she left looking exactly the same!! They do no know how to work with "kinky" hair!! Very disappointed I heard a lot of great things from this place and they where completely wrong!! Never again.

The Stylist are very personable. You can always be seen, even if theyre busy they make you feel welcome. Colorist on point, reasonably priced and you are certain to have someone ask "who did your color?"
