I dont normally do this but I was so upset about my experience I thought I needed to. I recently went into Salon Couture of Southington to get my hair done... N while I was referred there by a friend she nor I will ever go back because of the horrible experience I had. I asked to have my extensions replaced to even out my hair and to keep it longer. What I got was horrible. My hair was cut very short and looked bad! When I called to complain I was told that it wasnt possible that that happen. When I finally got them to say they would fix it and went in the next week. When I went back to have it fixed, they actually made it look even worse. When I called to complain the owner told me that his wife ( who did my hair and never once talked to me) was an expert and does not make mistakes. Funny I thought we were all human and all of us made mistakes. When I told them the way it should have been fixed, I was told they could not possibly do that because it costs too much and would take too much time! Really! Well they had not problem taking my money and doing such a bad job in the first place! The following day I asked the girls at work to take all of the horrible extensions out for me. While we struggled for a long time I finally call Salon Couture back n asked if the could at least give me the solution to take them out? I was told no because he did not want to be liable for that. He also told me buyers remorse was a bad thing to have! What kind of owner talks to a customer like that? I suggest never going there. They are all about the money and dont care about the client at all!!! Oh I forgot to mention he told me the price was higher because I had my hair colored...but I never even received that service!

I had my first hair appointment with Lyndsey yesterday, after a friend recommended this salon. I am absolutely thrilled with how my hair came out. Lyndsey was awesome!!! She followed the picture I brought in & gave me exactly what I was looking for... actually it came out even better than I expected. I had previously read reviews on this salon, so I was very confident & excited that I chose the right place. My hair tends to be difficult to cut in the style I like since it is very thick & requires a lot of texture. Lyndsey could not have done it better!!! I cannot fathom anyone on here giving them a poor review!!!! I will definitely be going to Lyndsey from now on.

I love this salon and would recommend it to anyone in the area who has had trouble remaining faithful to a stylist in the past. The owner listens really well to what you want and gives you what you ask for. (None of that cutting four inches even though you asked for a trim!) The place is always very clean and its soooo nice, not to mention its right next door to Anthony Jacks, Pralines, The Fireplace and Bonterra if youre like me and like to go out with your hair did! Oh, and its really really reasonably priced - cant beat that!

do not go there... after two hair cuts the lady still did know what she was doing.. I went to Other salon and was told 3-4 months for my hair to grow back after the dumb girl cut it up to my ears and I wanted it chin length. And she had a pic to go from. And its not like my hair can do it I have been getting it this same way for 2 years now .. the owner needs to be worried about the LACK of skills they have in there.. I had to give some star but believe me they should get NONE...

I went to Salon Couture of southington for the first time today for a Cut and color and I really loved my hair i dont usually write reviews but i would highly recommend this salon! My hair came out really great, the stylist that did my hair really listened to what i wanted and was very easy to talk to. Not to mention i received 20% off my first service so the price was great too.

As you enter the Salon, you feel like youre about to get pampered and you certainly do! The owner, Lyndsey, is a true professional and will advise and consult with you prior to having any work done. Its not a rushed or hurried experience. I would highly recommend this salon to anybody! Dont hesitate to call and make an appointment or consultation today...you wont be disappointed.

Always a pleasure every time I go in to see Richard Paradis. Ive been to many salons and I can honestly state that I would not go anywhere else. The salon is very accommodating, great location, clean and Richard always has me looking great when I leave the salon. I would highly recommend anyone to stop down and get the Couture treatment from one of the best hairstylists I know.

I was going to the same hairdresser for eight years until about a year ago and then I started going to Lyndsey, I am very neurotic when it comes to my hair. I now love my hair every time I leave Salon Couture, especially yesterday, I told her what I wanted and she made it look better then I expected.I take all my daughters(5) there too.

Hardworking, local small business. Their reputation and years of service speaks for itself. Professional, clean and a glamour feel inside. My haircuts are always worked into Richards schedule even when Im last minute. Pretty much Im spoiled by Salon Couture of Southington, Thank you for what you do!

Terrible! My makeup and hair for my wedding were a disaster. The girls seemed nice but my hair color pulled red, I am a blonde I had to go to another salon to fix it. My makeup was very caked on and made creasing lines on my face. A very cute and small salon but the service was not good.

Excellent!! I love going to get my hair done by Lyndsey! I have a great time and eeryone is so friendly! I also have gotten massages and facials here and Sherri is the best! I definitly would recommend this salon for hair, massage and even spray tanning.Great place and people!!

I came in with faded magenta that wouldnt leave my hair, Lindsey did an amazing job getting me from that color to a pretty blonde ombre. Beautiful salon and talented stylists, will definitely book again!
