Braun is by far the worse. I went to Ethan Allen in Danbury ct and Braun happens to keep their furniture in their warehouse. I purchased $23,000 in furniture and when I went to pay I told them I was moving to Florida so they introduced me to Braun who said they would take care to pack and put it in a containers until I wanted it moved. They said they would also price my move for my furniture at home so I went with them. They gave me the estimate and I demanded insurance as everything was inexpensive. They should me the est. with the ins. and it was to cover everything to full price refund or fix. When the truck got to my house in Fl they were 2 days late and when I entered the truck i found all the collectible bats and balls of all sorts unwrapped and rolling all over the truck. The new furniture was all damaged some to the point it could not be repaired as I had Ethan Allen rep come out. I took pictures of the inside of the truck and the furniture. They did not care it took months to get someone to get on the phone. When they finally got to me they lost the insurance paper and claimed the 1 I signed was no good because I did not put my initial on it when they came to move me from my house.I had lost $15,000 in furniture because they claim they only pay .15cents per pound for damaged items. Our china was broken my brand new furniture and all my collectibles that I had gotten with my son over the years were all damaged. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR GOODS. I AM WRITING THIS NOW AFTER 3 YEARS OF FIGHTING. JIM J

Hire anyone off of Craigslist, and you will save your stuff and a lot of money. I even bought the issuance and listed valuable items, but the movers refused to treat our stuff well. They packed an uncovered sewing machine in an antique doctors chest (one of the 3 valuable items I listed) after being told twice to take it out. This seriously damaged the chest. They also tossed books haphazardly into boxes breaking spines, and despite my insurance purchase they are claiming they arent responsible because I couldnt open every box and unpack it to check when they delivered things. They broke items in our apartment during packing and then just moved them to the side. When they delivered one cabinet they had carefully removed a pane of glass they broke so we wouldnt notice and report it immediately. They charged us for wardrobe boxes and then threw our clothes in them without hangers and packed things on top off them. Please hire people who care about their reputation. Some of these movers seemed to have no experience, and the other movers clearly didnt care. The company then didnt take responsibility for most their mistakes.

Braun Moving went above and beyond to ensure my moving experience was the best one yet! I have moved many times and this move was head and shoulders above the rest. From the first time I spoke with Elsa I felt comfortable knowing she was going to be there for me throughout my move. As promised, she answered any question I had and even gave me some helpful tips for packing. My moving crew was scheduled to arrive at 8:00AM and were parked outside of my house with the truck ready to go at 7:55. The moving crew was friendly, polite and worked efficiently as a team. The positive energy the crew displayed helped calm my nerves. I really cannot say enough about how thorough the crew was; everything was delivered to my new home and placed exactly where I wanted it. Braun Moving was a fantastic company to work with and if I ever move again I would use them without hesitation.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Braun was flexible, organized, professional and affordable. With a closing date that kept changing I thought it was going to be difficult to schedule my move. Brauns team accommodated every request and date change I had (and there was plenty!) The crew was a group of hardworking, diligent, courteous and trustworthy gentlemen that made moving day a breeze. A job well done that deserves as much recognition as possible. Weve moved several times and have had some pretty terrible experiences. Moving with Braun was a breath of fresh air! Elsa and Robin did an excellent job at coordinating our move, answering our questions, and keeping us informed of all the moving parts (we moved long-distance to Philadelphia). The movers themselves arrived on time, and were quick, courteous, and professional. Id recommend Braun to anyone, anytime!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Braun Moving. From start to finish, Braun has exceeded my expectations. Robin and Elsa excel at customer service and made me feel like my move mattered and made sure to ease any of my worries. The crew that moved me took exceedingly good care of my belongings as if they were their own. I couldnt ask for a better moving experience.

Did a horrible job. Items damaged, floors damaged, items lost. Their driver drove their truck onto a walkway step and cracked the stone. They were two hours late arriving at the new destination and told me their truck broke down. They never called to update me. The corporate office was unapologetic and didnt care. Would NEVER use them again.
