**DO NOT USE THEM** After reading the online reviews and dealing with the office staff, I was excited that I picked the right movers. An estimator, Keith, was sent to my house in a couple days and was very polite. He went room by room to look at all of the contents of the move and provided an estimate for 5 guys and a truck to pack (kitchen and pictures and delicate items) for 10.5 hrs. I was assure that Keith would be the point man for everything and would show up at the house on the day of the move to make sure everything was going smoothly. I agreed and all was well until the day of the move. The crew arrived at the home and were told what needed to be moved. After a couple hours I realized there was no way they were going to fit everything in the truck they came in. I had my wife (with our 5 month old son) and a friend with a van come to load up their vehicles and drop stuff at the house. In total 5 car loads were taken. I spoke with the crew leader and he said he is doing everything he can to fit everything. I then called Keith who said he would be over shortly and we could think about a plan B if necessary. This sounded reasonable so the move continued on. When the truck was full and I called Keith 8 times over a half hour with no contact. The crew leader also tried to contact Keith and have the home office get him. I sent my wife on her final trip and she called the home office. She asked the owner/manager Doug "how they can right this wrong" and she was cursed at and threatened. He threatened to pull his men with all of our belongings off the job and continued to scream at my wife. When I finally got in touch with Keith (after truck #1 left ) he tried to figure out a solution for his error in estimating how many trucks were needed. Doug is a horrible human being and should never be allowed to talk to a customer. If you read other reviews you will see that there are problems with this location. The only solution given was to pay for another crew of 3 guys to go to the house and not only pay their full rate of $180/hr but to also be charged extra because they have a minimum charge. In addition to the estimation mistake the crew themselves were not the best. In the end they left tape rolls on the floor in every room, they left the pins out of all of the screen doors and they left the storm door open. They also thought it was a good idea to remove the blankets and padding from all of the furniture outside before they brought it into the house. So they ended up scratching our furniture on the walls leaving marks. Stay away for your own good.

This is the second time we hired them as first time they did great job and workers were really hard working and ensured no damages to furniture. With that said we decided to hire them second time to move the same amount of furniture. It was HORRIBLE/POOR/EXPENSIVE/CARELESS move from their end. The workers had such bad attitude and they underestimated the entire move maybe Intentionally/Unintentionally (Ask them). They damaged the most expensive furniture with smile on their face. Did not knew how to wrap even kitchen stuff and when we tried to help to pack since they were just wasting time, the entire blame came on us as we were in middle of their way that is why they are getting delayed (This is big lie on their end). The reason why we had to help you because you were careless and wasting time and ensuring that we pay extra money at the end. Out of 2/3 people were on the phone every now and then. We are NOT paying you to be on your phone and waste time. At the end of the day its our hard earned money. You guys took almost 8-10 hours which could have been done much faster and earlier if you had best interest of your customer and less time spent on phone. You guys had to move the same exact furniture with almost same amount of stairs (Maybe 6-7 more) to new place so how come previous move was completed much earlier???? You scratched the expensive bed-frame and furniture after explicitly being told not to remove pads on the roads. You could have removed the pads which were used to cover furniture in the house to avoid damages but you guys did not care. How many times we have to tell you that ?? If you cannot work hard DO NOT take responsibility. Returning us couple of hundred dollars because we had arguments is not the case here. - Do your estimate CORRECT for the move so it gives customer good idea how much it will cost. By estimating less and have customer pay OVERTIME is not fair at any given day. We will never ever use your service again and I hope people reads reviews before making the decision. Because of those 3 workers and certain people whom we spoke to over the phone, the other hard working people in your company also gets looped into all this does not matter how hard they work for the customers(Referring to workers who moved for first time)

They not only didnt have me on the schedule for the day but they also tried charging me several hundred dollars more than what I was quoted. I had to dispute it while blocking them in otherwise they would have left with all my belongings from a three bedroom house. The guys moving were awesome and in no way should this review reflect upon them. The guy within the office I was speaking to gave me a hard time this morning when it was their error I wasnt on the schedule. Then he threatened to sue me and keep my belongings because I refused to pay several hundred more than quoted. I was within the four hours I was quoted for and yet was basically being blackmailed to pay this much or get dragged into court and have none of my belongings until then. The movers themselves commented that the company does this all the time and that they pretty much screw people over this way. The movers felt bad and contacted a female in the office who was great. She not only had me billed for what I was quoted but when the movers were all done I actually was refunded a small amount of money as well. The movers overall very professional and respectful as well as the girl in the office. The boss in the office whom was the male totally should not be dealing with the public or anyone for that matter with his business ethics. If it wasnt for his employees bailing him out with their professionalism I would give the company a very limited business life.

Everything about these movers was amazing and excellent! Tone, Isaac, Jay, little Tony, and Ty were efficient, thoughtful, respectful, and very competent! They worked as a team-- and were an absolute jpleasure to work with. It was a very big move and they carried it off like the pros they are. We had been very stressed over our move but this team of movers took all the stress away! We will always remember them and tonight I prayed for them, that they receive abundant blessings because they are so hardworking and uncomplaining. We were thankful that they handled everything with care and nothing got broken or scratched. They sure know how to pack a 26 foot truck! Kudos to them and to Kurt who estimated 9.5 hours and thats exactly how long it took. No bad surprises, no extra charges. This company is on the up and up. Their folks have tremendous integrity. I had used them before for a 1 room move of expensive furniture and they did a great job then too! And Tone was the foreman then as well- 4 years ago-- so they are stable. Finally I must say that from my first call, Amanda was so cheery and helpful and until the last minute of the move, these movers were fantastic! Kurt, the estimator was also very efficient and friendly. Thank you all so very much!!!!
