GREAT STUFF. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT: -- The Pod is clean and well-thought out in terms of layout and user-friendliness with easy to understand instructions, small foot-print, etc. -- I like the fact that you can keep the pod for 2 to 3 days to move your stuff in or out -- excellent pricing structure - I got estimates at literally 5 other companies and these guys won over all but one of them (but the lower-priced one made me very nervous across many aspects) -- loved the fact that the pod is *always* LEVEL and does not get tilted up or down when it is loaded/unloaded from the truck. -- I would have liked to have a larger sized pod but they cap out at around 15-feet -- also liked the fact that they have indoor temperature-controlled storage when it is offsite. It gave me comfort in knowing I could pack valuables inside the pod without fear it would get damaged. -- Overall a very positive experience and Ive already recommended them to over a dozen other friends and work colleagues across the last few months.

Our experience with Zippy Shell was fantastic. Occupancy in our new home was delayed unexpectedly, three days prior to our moving date! Zippy Shell came to the rescue with a cost effective move and storage solution on very short notice. When we needed a third storage pod on moving day, Zippy was very responsive, delivering a pod to our driveway within of few hours. They were professional, accommodating and customer service oriented. We had to do a ridiculously complicated move in stages and three Zippy Shells. Peter helped us at every turn. He dealt with crazy restrictions, pouring rain, a house not ready...and even my mixed up dates and times. Service was amazing and he helped keep us from going insane. The shell is the PERFECT way to move/store your belongings. Its a brilliant product and service. And yes, Peter, the owner is a saint.

Zippy Shell helped us when our purchase of one home and sale of another did not close on the same day. The pricing was competitive and the service was good. I have moved many times and this had to be the easiest way to move. They drop off, you load, they take and then they delivery wherever you move! Saves the unloading into a storage facility, then loading it back up, and renting a truck and driving it to the new location..... I will def use this service again!

I love these guys! The owner is very hands on, came to my place to make sure everything would fit and quickly came to take my belongings to strorage when I was ready. It was totally painless. I will use these guys going forward just becuase of the high level of service and attention to detail.

Horrible service... In concept this service appears to be great but after leaving 4 messages (each time I was told Ibe called right back) and sending 2 online requests, still no response. Im trying to rent a unit. I cant imagine what would happen if I was a customer and needed service.
