Cube Smart(Baldwin,NY), is leading the storage industry, especially within the Nassau County South Shore area as the most absolute & outstanding moving/storage experience I have seen. The staff, Tisha, not only has an award winning smile & warm personality that will eases any customer I have seen interact with her. Her professionalism, pose, patience & customer service is truly an exemplinary role model for any employee within a service industry. In all my past experiences using several other market brand companies, I feel comfident in saying, that I have found a "home" for my temporary storage needs. The ground of the property, from front gate, to rear door, and the total inner warehouse levels, are impeccablely maintained & debris free. I "Thank you Tisha & the entire upper management administration" so very much, for going the extra mile to make my storage service a great experience.....KUDO

Ive been a customer of CubeSmart when they were safeguard storage, at first I thought it would be a travesty when CubeSmart took over and I would lose my rate, great customer service etc... However, that isnt true! Carlo and Tisha both still work here and continue to give me and everyone that walks through the door GREAT customer service. In all honesty, I dont feel like a customer and all they want is my business, they treat me with respect. They offer water when Im in and out carrying my gear, they even check in on how my family is doing. Not many companies have people who care. Anyway, I would recommend CubeSmart to everyone!

Customer service was excellent. I dealt with Tisha and she was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Pleasant attitude. I never expected to find such great service at a storage facility. I will definitely use this Cube Smart for my storage needs and I will make sure all of my friends and family know where to go when they need storage.

Wish I could give "0". Horrible company. Run!!! Find somewhere else to store your things. They raise prices constantly without notice. And will happily auction your belongings. They do NOT work with their customers! Ps. Dont believe the replies on here they dont really help anyone! They just dont like bad reviews! !!!

Omg! The customer service in this location is beyond expectations. Carlo and Keisha truly understands that Great Service is at the discretion of the customer and they excel at it. This team will move mountain if necessary to ensure your needs are met. I am wowed everyday I set foot in that location. I am sold.

This place sucks. Avoid at all costs. door is constantly broken. there is zero helpful staffing. tons of hidden costs and my rent got raised after 4 months. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
