They get two stars for location. Went in to get boxes for my move. When it was Storage Deluxe and Linda Schmidt was there, this was a great place for moving supplies and expertise. If you want to buy cheesy boxes (the cut-out "handles" tear) and THE most aggravating tape on the face of the earth, this is the place to go. I went back with my tape and was willing to buy more boxes if they would give me a credit for the useless tape. Nope. Left the tape and went to Westies and got my boxes there. Ill pick up tape at the Wilton hardware store where people are helpful and value my patronage.

Went in recently to get a quote on a storage unit and met with the manager Jay . Now this is my first time in my 37 years of existence renting a storage unit and I have got to say her and her coworker Martasia I believe it was were the most pleasant breath of fresh air ! Jays extensive knowledge on everything was comforting . She was very personable and actually listened to my needs . We were able to figure out the perfect sized unit for my belongings and Im so worry free knowing my things are in good hands . Thanks Jay!

She showed me two difference sizes of the space. She is patient and knowledgeable. She also recommended me to sign up online in order to get 1st month free. I have to visit and deal with storage facilities on a weekly basis and even before they knew any of that (could have pegged me for anyone) they all went above and beyond. Trust them, they got you.
