Let me see where to begin with these clowns. I made an appointment to bring my car in for service and promptly arrived at the scheduled time. The guy behind the counter was surly and rude. He told me they would look at my car very soon and call me. I went for a walk and came back 3 hours later. My car had just gotten on the lift. When I asked this idiot if they had just started looking at my car, he said they had been looking at it for a while. He then asks the other loser if they tested the battery and he starts laughing and says they did and both alternator and battery are defective. He quotes me an astronomical fee of $700 for parts and labor. Needless to say I promptly left. These people are thieves. Their service is third rate and they are arrogant about it to boot. If I could give this place zero stars I would. NEVER do business here.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP. LETS CARS OF THE LOT WITH NON-ROAD WORTHY/ DANGEROUS REPAIRS. Had an axle replaced, come to find out they put in the incorrect part (left side rather than right) causing the axle to continually pop in and out. Had to go back and have them resolve the issue. After fixing it a second time, I was told the car had been fixed and "ran smoothly". When I went to go pick the car up, there was a violent shaking and vibration coming from the side where the axle was replaced. In the end they only replaced the part with used parts. The owner, Richard, was rude and trying to make himself the victim, when it clearly showed on the receipt that they replaced the car with incorrect parts. Also, if you ask to many questions about the work being done on your own car, it means you are arguing with him.

My recent visit will be my last. I happen to kno the owner, but he didnt remember me. Went there for an alignment about 2 months before hand and it was around $70. When I come to pick up my car they tell me its $95, I tell him "it cant be that much". He tells me "its always been that price." I tell him "no I was here 2 months ago and it wasnt that price." He notices the wallet in my hand and " oh umm uhh I can do $70 since your paying in cash, yea thats fine" it wasnt till I was out the door until I realized that he was trying to con me out of $25. The sly kid thought he could just con me and I wouldnt notice, on top of that the owner I mentioned was standing right next to us the entire time and didnt say a word.

Another happy customer! Super fast service, very pleasant workers and atmosphere and I didnt feel at any point that because Im a woman that I was going to be sold more than I needed. I wasnt able to get around Friday after the snowstorm and a friend said it may be my tires. I immediately called Ace Tire to see if they had my tire size and IF they could put them on before Sundays (today) snowstorm. I got the call first thing Saturday morning. They had my tires and to come on by and theyd get them on that day! The job was done in a half hour, the service was great and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Ace Tire intervened when my dealership refused to honor a tire warranty that covers road hazard tire replacement. Rich first informed me of this warranty and when I contacted my dealership to honor the warranty, the dealership staunchly refused to assist. Rich at ACE stepped in and replaced this tire at no expense to me, taking the cost on themselves to honor the warranty. He fit me in to their busy schedule with minimal wait for this service - and I had the opportunity to meet long time customers who spoke highly of this shops service and integrity. So glad I found ACE!

I wanted Ace to Install Parts on my Wifes 2008 Hummer that I purchased - They said they would not do it for seasons that made no sense. Simple things like Spark Plugs and an engine air filter. The only reason I had the parts was because I purchased better quality than what they would of used - Total rip off - I really Miss Ken - He was my man for over 3o years - I now see Mike at Shell - Great Guy - Awesome to deal with.

The new management leaves a lot to be desired...they failed to tighten all the lug nuts on the snow tire/summer tire changeover on vehicle number 1. The balance job was poor with the steering wheel shaking all the way to CO on vehicle number 2. Tires were rebalanced in CO and everything was OK. What happened to the quality work they used to do? Better be watching closely when they work on your vehicle.

Came in first thing saturday morning when my tire had a nail in it, the informed me that they do NOT plug tires but they patch them instead-which they explained I wont ever have to worry about it leaking air again! In and out and 25 minutes and I can now enjoy my weekend worry free.
