Sold 4 Primewell tires and the 2 fronts didnt make 4,000 miles ! They did not ask if I wanted a wheel alignment just an inspection which was done less the 800 miles ago! They wouldnt make any good. The corporate office ignored me! No reason for a Brand New set of tires to loss after only 4,000 miles! Also a faulty install of the front left tire was done. They did not glue the tire properly to the rim causing loss of air! And charged me for that! I find that when they inspected the car they should have made me aware of a wheel alignment at purchase and at inspection from inspection to 800 miles later when the 2 fronts were ruined! I went to Good year and they did a spectacular job and pointed out why the tires only went 4,000 miles! Firestone did not explain or check the car and up keep which for years I trusted them to! This car has 47,700 miles on it and is a 2000. They are never going to see me again. I do not recommend Firestone , I only went because of how close to my home. I give them a big thumbs down on all services including telling me a half hour and taking an hour and a half. Horrible!! Stay clear! I have all receipts from both Firestone and Goodyear to prove what happened!

I have been here a few times and I have to say everything has turn out to be good so far. I had an oxygen sensor replace at this location and for now everything is still working I had Brakes replace here and rotors a tire and a oil change and everything is working fine for now and this was a year ago. I remember when I had an Oil leak, it was raining outside real bad so the bottom of my car was very wet so instead of telling me you have to get an Engine wash and wait for it to stop raining outside other for us to check where the leak is coming from (like another shop told me) they actually put my car on the lift and clean the spot with a towel where to see where the leak was coming from (After they did this for me, that won me over for this location). I can only say two bad things about this location, but to me can be minor for some people. First the wait can be for a long time depending on what have to be repair on your car. Second this place for some reason is real expensive. This is not a place to expect to talk down a price expect to pay some money for the job to be done, but you can expect once the job is done, you will not have to return for the same repair again.

Ive had my cars serviced there many times and only for oil change as i dont trust for anything else and its cheap. Never the less at one point i picked up my car from oil change and drove to work; after work i start the car and the oil light stays on ... WTF ? I look under the hood and there is no oil in the engine ... its all under my car on the parking lot !!! You can imagine my frustration at that point. So i lift the car and my oil pan ( aluminium on my Audi) is cracked and most of the oil licked out . Guess what , the F**** genius didnt put back washer on the drain plug , probably applied too much torque and the result was my cracked aluminium oil pan. I tried to get them to fix it , but they climed that it wasnt their fault because their mechanics are well trained , he also mentioned that since my car is five years old the oil pan gets older and things like that might happen ... wow really !!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. its bunch of monkeys that cant even change oil without screwing something up . I was $250 short after that incident (only because i order the pan and replaced it on the parking lot myself)

Let me tell you that Angel is beyond amazing at customer service. At 6 pm I discovered that my car battery was dead. I spent 10 minutes asking people around me for a jump but no one was comfortable doing it. I called firestone which was a mile away from where my car was parked to ask if they had a portable jumper I could buy. The store closes at 7 so I figured if I ran there I would make it. Angel answered the phone and told me they didnt but that he would find out if one of their servicemen could come out to jump. I gave him my cell number and then proceeded to ask various people in the lot and the businesses around the lot for a jump. I get a phone call from Angel about 10 minutes later saying he was at the building so I ran out to meet him and direct him to the lot. Never have I ever been dealt with in such a kind and professional manner. He left his job to jump our car personally. It was amazing! Seriously! So thank you so much Angel! You definitely live up to your name.

Brash employees, long wait time, too costly. Called ahead to ask if they could check our car and was told to come on in. Once we got there, the employee behind the counter barked at us, telling us he didnt want any more cars that afternoon. When told we called ahead he begrudgingly took our information and car keys without so much as an explanation. We waited 45 minutes before they took our car into the garage, and watched as the car sat in there alone for 15 more minutes while the employees sat around. Finally they looked at it, fixed it up within 5 minutes and charged us their flat rate fee. Completely not worth it, go to a mom n pop store for a faster more quality service.

Three times Ive gone to this place because I just dont learn, I needed a muffler replaced, they quoted me at $2000, I went down the street to american muffler, they did it for $190. Got oil changed which took 2 hours while I sat there, afterwards told me I had a bad tire rod and my wheel would fall off on the road, which could never happen, I said forget it. So a day after my check engine light comes on, I though that was strange, checked my gas cap, yep it was off, the old let air get into the gas tank so theyd come back to let us charge them for something else trick. These people are unbelievable, I would stay far far away.

I dont know what these other people are complaining about--- I work around the corner from this place and we all use them a lot. We drop off the car on the way to work and they call when its done. Reasonably priced. Ive had oil changes, new batteries installed on two cars, and an alternator changed. Service is quick and there are never any issues. If youre waiting for what you feel is an unreasonable amount of time why dont you walk around in the stores that are just behind this place or have someone pick you up instead of sitting and stewing about how your life stinks because youre waiting for your car.
