If i could give this place zero stars i would. A few months ago i went in for an inspection. The guy was checkking My car and told me i needed shocks brakes and window wipers but he would pass me if i got the window wipers and brakes. Once he said that i knew something was wrong because he was basically giving me a choice, either pay $250 for brakes and wipers or pay the 35$ and leave with nothing which means i had to pay another 35$ somewhere else. So i told him i would do it myself cause it was pricey. He told me the brakes were quality thats why it was so expensive. Turns out, i did not need brakes. The car had new brakes installed a few months prior [jus bought the car] and i had no idea. I went back and complained and showed them the "old" brakes and they were at a loss for words becauze the brakes were still new. I bought wipers and brakes for $60. Installed them myself.[even though i didnt need he brakes] Anyone can change wipers and brakes as long as you have right tools and dont mind gettin hands dirty. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE. They try to takr every penny out of you and try to take advantage that, us clients, do not have a lot of knowledge in cars. I always recommend to get a second opinion and try to get a personal mechanic who will be honest with your work. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. I WOULDNT WASTE MY TIME WRITING THIS essay if i didnt know what i was talking about. [ my Father had a similar expirience]

CCM just replaced the alternator on my wifes 2002 Ford Escape. I had been to one previous garage in the area, and they misdiagnosed the proble, costing me an extra $130. CCM diagnosed the proglem on the first try. Even though they did not have the part on hand, they were able to complete the work 3 hours after I dropped it off, and for less than half the price of the next lowest quote i recieved. On top of that, they also fixed a few other little problems I had been meaning to get to free of charge. All around, this has been my best experiance with a mechanic, and CCM will be recieving all my busienes from now on.

This car repair shop is an honest, trustworthy business because the owner keeps it that way. I was referred here by a family friend whos own shop closed, and knows honest, good shops from bad ones. It also has fair prices and does quality work.

I first went to CCM 2 years out with an emergency situation at hand and have never gone anywhere else since. Straight-forward, fast-working group of professionals that get the job done right the first time. I wont go anywhere else.
