A five day job took eight weeks. My car was returned to me with a damaged windshield. The body work was in the rear of the car. I got on the highway for the first time and the trim along the windshield on the drivers side flew off the car. I checked the other side. It appears as though the trim was removed improperly as all the plastic holding it on is broken. Ive taped it on so as not to create another driving hazard. Never mind the cost of the rental car. I will never use Pamby for body work.

I just had some work done on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the Pamby Body Shop. They did a GREAT job. From answering my questions over the phone, giving me an estimate and agreeing with the dollar amount my insurance company estimated the repair would cost. It was easy and they were friendly. Next time I need body work done on my Jeep I would go back to Pamby - no questions asked. Also, my bumper looks great! Thanks to Jeff and the rest of the crew at Pamby.

It was the first ice storm of the winter when I hit a curb and made my front bumper loose. I was recommended to see Jeff at Pambys hearing that he does fantastic body work, and he was right! I was prepared to spend a few hundred to replace the bumper, but Jeff just added on some clips and reattached it like brand new for no charge! Super friendly place and I love the people there. Thanks guys!

The high rating is for manager, Tom Falconieris superior responsiveness and for the excellent quality of the work performed. The other two shops I got estimates from were pretentious and the managers were slow to follow-up or non-responsive. Many thanks Tom for working so well with my insurance company and to your crew for the great job they did.
