DO NOT GO HERE. I picked up my 2015 Honda Civic Si this morning and there was damage to my "repaired" bumper and also overlooked damage that was not fixed. Dents and paint scuffs all over my bumper. Old guy took my car back twice to "polish" the dents. Then argued with me and told me my car looked fine. Please dont go here if you want your car done right the first time. Go to A1 in New Milford.

With the stress of being in an accident so fresh in my mind, this body shop made my experience so much easier. They arranged for a rental to be picked up at their shop and repaired my car like new. The owner and his staff were very friendly and professional. They kept me informed of the progress of repairs and completed them as promised. A++ service!

Terrible Customer Service. I was sent by my insurance company to get an estimate and the guy was extremely rude! It got to the point where I said forget it & went to another place nearby. I will never go to Ridgefield Auto Body Again.
