Terrible service. I have used Firestone in Southington on two seperate occasions for wheel and alignment services. The first time they scratched all four of my wheels, for which I had to return to the store two additional times to get them repaired. The second time I visited was for a tire swap onto a new set of wheels and an alignment. They chipped the paint off of two of the wheels this time and completely failed at doing the alignment, the car now pulls left and the steering wheel points right. Im now going to ask them for a full refund. Unacceptable quality of work and service.

In was quoted for work at Monroe (Southington right down the street) for $800+ and firestone got it done for just over $300. They kept me in the loop as all was happening. I was there (with a group of many other customers) for no more that two hours and they did a great job. Im (it sounds cliché I know) a lifetime customer. If you have a pleasant experience somewhere I believe in letting them know. But I loved the service here and customer support offered. HIGHLY recommended.

I went here to get a tire patched. The guy claims the hole is large to patch. They want me to buy all new tires (AWD vehicle) and guy tries to say he can get me a deal for 4 new tires over $700. I call around and found a place that fixed my tire for $21. Its a shame considering Im working hard for my money and this place would rip me off like that. Avoid unless you want to be hustled into spending more. You lost a customer for life. Thats all folks.

Stay away- poor customer service, Not bad a few years ago but has gone down hill and it only seems to keep getting worse. Whether its tires or mechanical- get ready for multiple trips and lots of regret. I can say this because i dealt with them for years and really tried to stay a customer but they make it impossible. Anywhere but here for repairs or tires and thank God for Tire Rack.... i wish there was a negative 5 star

I set up an appointment for new tires using the website. I picked the tires and the appointment was confirmed. When I arrived, I was told the tires I wanted were not available, but I could get tires that were $50 more per tire. Realizing this was the old bait-and-switch shady trick, I quickly left. I caution anyone using this place to be careful.

Pricing is usually a minimum of 10 to 20 % more than any other garage. Starter for 2006, daughter didnt know any better and they soaked, took advantage of a 20 y/o girl and charged her almost $400 for a remanufactured starter and oil change.
