Beware of this place!! Brought my car in for a standard emissions test, parked and handed over my keys to the mechanic. Ten minutes later the mechanic came back inside and told me that the stick shift was completely broken off... rendering the car undriveable. Claimed that he did nothing wrong. The owner not only washed his hands of the incident, but then refused to help to fix it, or even tow the car to a place where they would fix it. Its unfortunate when people cant own up to mistakes. Repair shop agreed: the shifter linkage was forcibly broken off - no way due to normal wear and tear. I would seriously consider taking your car elsewhere!!

Went there to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The tech pointed out a dirty air filter I didnt know the car had. I didnt ask for the service but they said it was part of thier maintenance package at no charge to me "just for being thier customer". They were informative and made me feel like they were looking out for mine and my kids safety in the car. Its an older car and they noted my battery life remaining, my brakes remaining, and what was recommended by my manufacturer for upcoming services so that I knew what to expect in the next 2,000 miles. These guys went beyond a simple oil change! I will recommend them to everyone.

This was the worst place I have ever been too. It seems that they only hire mechanics who fail out of auto school. I went in to have my car aligned, I paid for the service, and then they came out to me and told me they couldnt preform an alignment on my car because I had a bent arm in the back. Okay fine, but they refused to give me a refined for the service they never preformed and then proceeded to tell me that my arm was so bent. So I left went to the dealer and explained to them what I was told. They told me that who ever was looking at my car was stupid because nothing was bent in the Rear

Great price on tires. That where it ends!! Run go elsewhere!! They loose your info so maybe they dont have to Warrenty the tires. UGH Good think I kept the receipt! They mangled all my lug nuts. Now I have to buy new ones at the tune of $190. Their workers are morons!! I didnt even fight with them because you cant beat a moron! Horrible! I bought tires for my car and my friend sorry I did so. I will tell him to get the tires rotated somewhere else. I could go on but you should get my drift. Bye bye T!! Loose my records! You lost two repeat customers that I know of.

Over the past year, Ive had my car serviced by Complete Lube and Auto Repair numerous times. They are always very courteous and have very fair prices. I recently called them to repair a minor problem that they pointed out to me roughly 6 months ago. When I started describing the issue, the service manager actually remembered me and the problem! I had almost forgotten! These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

We had tiress put on our truck that were claimed to be new, but were actually, retreads - we found this out when the DOT pulled us over after a piece of tire flew off a rear tire. When we brought this to Nicks attention, he claimed it to not be true, but the DOT inspectors state otherwise. Torello refuses to do anything to make this right. Not a company that is honest or does the right thing by their customers!

This is the worst tire place you could ever go to. The owner is an old man just trying to squeeze a dollar in ever place he can. They bent my control arm on my 2016 grand Cherokee and then refused to fix it. I never write reviews but this place was so bad I felt the need to warn the public.

Great place. I live in Shelton CT and I bring all my work to Complete lube and auto. I can bring my vehicles locally but I bring it to Dave and Mike at Complete they always take care of my vehicles as if it was their own.
