I love this place. I go regularly for a cut and color. Ashley does my hair. She is the best I have ever been to and that is saying a lot since I turn 60 soon. She is great at styling my hair so that I dont have "old lady" hair. Ashley is the manager and is very good at keeping her customers comfortable. I can only think that the negative comments come from a time Ashley is not around. The other thing to learn is to not be shy in telling your stylist about how you want your hair and especially, tell him or her if you are not happy. I doubt that there is any salon who wont redo a customers hair if he or she is not happy. Dont just leave a negative review. And, oh yes... make an appointment no matter what someone on the phone suggests, especially if you have more than one person in your family getting hair cuts. :-)

Stopped by last night to get back to school haircuts for my kids. The turn time on hair cuts was extremely slow. The 30 minute wait we were quoted turned into 60 minutes with no end in sight. At 60 minutes another customer walked in and was quoted a 90 minute wait. When the customer told them that she wanted more than just a back to school cut (i.e. Big $$$ service), the manager whispered to the other associate that she was going to take her right away...ignoring that fact that several of us had been waiting for over an hour. The conclusion I draw from that is they value big $$$ services and sales over basic customer service. Needless to say, we left and wont be going back.

Just brought my son for his first haircut and it was a wonderful experience. He got a certificate and a lolypop so he was happy. Haley was quick, professional, very friendly, and did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend going there to anyone!

Called to make appointment. Was told no appointments accepted, need to walk-in. Did and asked to wait 20 minutes. Turned into 45 min before I needed to leave without a haircut. Silly policy of no appointment bit ridiculous.

Worst haircut EVER! There is not a single straight line on my hair.... They are sort here and longer there..... I could do it on my own better.... I have to go to another hair salon to fix that disaster....

Haircut keeps getting me compliments from friends. Stylist knows me by name. Complimentary hair washing. Nothing more I could ask for. Give Erica a raise though.
