I was okay at first! I went there to get a perm and cut for my Cruise coming up in few days. But while getting perm Melanie got it all down my arms and face, in my eyes. She was not careful about it.. I paid $95 to have to go to my doctor today because my face and neck broke out because she could keep the perm solution in my hair!! Now it cost me perm and cut fee and doctor visit and 3 different medications to take!!

I went there with my 12 year old daughter to get her haircut. It was 5p on a Sunday when I got there and they closed at 6. I was told it would be about 20 mins so we waited. Was then brought in and asked if she wanted a shampoo but because they were closing soon would not be able to blow dry it. SERIOUSLY!!! You are open until 6p!!! Well I didnt tip and WILL NEVER go back to this store again!!!

i called sunday am at 10am to get an appt for myself my 10 yr old and my 5 yr old the girl said she couldnt accomdate all 3 when I asked if she could accommodate my 2 children she hung up on me. I called 5 times and no answer. I am unsure how you cant accommodate 3 people when you are open until 6pm and all we needed was a cut and blow dry.
