I tried Great Clips in Ludlow because the economy had gotten so bad and there prices seemed very reasonable. I have been there a total of 4 times and had 4 different stylists that were all GREAT. I think if anyone is not happy with the Ludlow branch, it is because they did not communicate to the stylist exactly what they wanted for a haircut. My nephew went and got a haircut but when I saw it, it needed to be cut a little shorter. I called and they had me bring him back and they redid it. They are so accommodating and they have my business now. I rated a 4 star because I really would like to be able to make an appointment with one certain stylist but for the price, you cant beat it.

I went to Hair Clips for the first time today. Tony was my hair stylist, he did a phenomenal job correcting a mishap on my haircut Pryor from another salon. He was very professional, kind, attentive to my suggestions. I showed Tony a picture and he did it exactly like the picture. I highly recommend Tony. I am 100% pleased and satisfied.
