I have sent several items thru them that it takes over a week to get to the destination - and the destination is a half hour drive away. I once sent a package to LA and was asked the usual "fragile, hazardous..." I said yes, fragile, and the item was never stamped nor given the usual $50insurance and arrived broken cause an heavy object was placed on top. Once sent an item to Agawam Mass and it went all the way to Jamaica and back...why? What kind of drugs are the people that work here on? The postmaster clearly doesnt care and the service at the desk is pure attitude from individuals that think they are entitled to not have to do much for their paycheck nevermind the pension they receive. I suggest going to any other post office you can - not even the drop box is safe from bad service here.

What was that saying about rain, sleet and snow? It seems like any time there are harsh weather conditions, I have to be beyond accommodating to get the drivers from this location to even consider delivering my mail -- and no less than a limousine-sized, perfectly-cleared space will do. Even worse, they re-delivered my intercepted package without having ever brought it back to me, and while I requested to speak with the postmaster over this incident, the original gentleman who "handled" my complaint was most certainly not the postmaster. The USPS gives me more and more reason to be overjoyed whenever services I routinely use switch over to paperless/electronic forms.

Sent a laptop to Texas since last wk Wednesday and its about 6 going to 7days it has not left USPS Vernon Connecticut facility , despite I paid for it to get there in 3days
