The woman on the phone is a full blown idiot. Never call here. The woman is hard of hearing and even if she does hear you, she doesnt listen to the words you are saying. Very dense, thick skulled people work here. Avoid them if you dont want to be yelled at because they dont feel like doing their job the correct way.
