Loved Anna and Victoria Anna did my initial assessment. I thought dying my own hair was a good idea and cost effective but it wasnt its more expensive in the long run. Im a strawberry blonde and I went dark during the fall boy I regret it no highlights now is what I was told by another school until I went in. A little costly at first but well worth that initial investment. I have my highlights without having to do any type of pre color removal due to the metallic components in the do it yourself dye. Victoria did the color touch up and highlights and it looks great! This was 6 weeks ago tomorrow. I go in for my touch up tomorrow although it looks the same as it did the day it was done. Thank you ladies I will see you tomorrow!

If I could I would leave 0 stars because one star is far too generous for the horrendous haircut I received. After 6 months of growing my hair, I came in for and asked for a trim. What I ended up getting looked like a preschooler cut my hair with crayola scissors. There were patches of hair gone and the top of my hair was simply butchered. I had to come home and attempt to fix it myself with clippers i use on my beard. She didnt even attempt to blend in my beard. I literally have been wearing a hat all day, every day out of embarrassment hopefully until my hair grows back. Save your self the embarrassment and the headache and go somewhere where they know how to cut hair and give you the hair cut that youve asked for.

Only had one bad experience here with a hairdresser who recently got out of school luckily she left though after a short few months working here so I didnt have to see the snot ever again but other than that I never had a problem with anyone here and been going here for about 7 years!
