Got into an accident on a Friday in June 2016 and because the car was so badly damaged, the police had to call a tow truck. This is where my nightmare began. This company ended being the tow company that came out and while talking to the co-owner Frank Jr. and him telling me that he could repair my car better than before the accident, he seemed really cool and a good person to do business with; WRONG!! Both owners Frank Sr. and his son Frank Jr. are liars! They are a bunch of con artists at best. Spoke with Frank Jr. the day of the accident and he told me how he would be able to repair my car in 2 weeks at most and that he fought with insurance companies so that he could get OEM parts put on any car he repaired. LIES, LIES, LIES!! Once he got my business he threw me to the wolves. Frank Jr. and his father Frank Sr. did not start working on my car until 3 weeks after the accident, didnt even have any of my parts at the shop... I went by there every few days to check the progress of my car and for 3 straight weeks my car stayed at the back UN-REPAIRED. During the time there my car was side swiped on the gas tank (because they had it cramped tight and were moving cars in and out), and my roof was damaged! There was a giant dent in my roof and even dented in my sunroof. The worst part of this all was that they held my car for 3 weeks before even starting repairs on my car and my insurance would not extend my rental past 30 days. after a huge argument about my additional damages at their shop and my rental extension, the cops were called (by them) but because of the cops I was able to get them to promise (with the police officers as witnesses) to repair all my additional damages and pay for my rental past the 30 day deadline as long as they had it. To this day however, my sunroof is still misaligned... Fast forward to August 10th, 2016, 2 full months after my accident, my car was finally finished with the repairs at their shop.... 2 FULL MONTHS and they still did a horrible job! Repaired (if you could call it that) my car with Non-CAPA parts (front bumper, which does not align right as shown in pictures) and a cheap axle that caused my steering wheel to shake while driving (Even had my wheels balanced and the shake was still there, only had a shake after their repair). After getting my car, I finally found time to take off my bumper because they did not properly install my D2S HID bulbs and I was absolutely floored by their "repair" job. I added pictures but this is beyond anything that a "Professional" body shop can claim as their work. They drilled multiple holes into my bumper to hide from the fact that they did not properly repair my car (Pictures below) so that they could get it to line up. My bumper no longer aligns with my car and actually pokes out on the drivers side. They used washers to align my fender instead of properly repairing the area so that it would align right. They also omitted to install bolts on my fender because they still couldnt get it to line up because of their poor workmanship. Due to this poor workmanship of installing my passenger side fender, my passenger door rubs the fender every time the door is opened and this has caused the paint to rub off on the edge of the door (Shown in pictures below), this will surely cause rusting during these winter months. I have tried to paint it with touch up paint but it just gets rubbed right off again. Another thing that they did a horrible job at was my paint! In all honesty I could have probably did a similar job and I suck at painting... There are multiple spots of running paint (Roof edges, fender, bumper) and there is even a lot of orange peel in my paint on my lower bumper corner. The worst part of this all was their blending job and their paint quality!!! their paint is actually duller than my OEM paint and you can actually see where their paint meets my OEM paint (Pictures will show them). STAY AWAY FROM Quality Towing & Auto Repair!! THEIR WORK SUCKS! THE OWNERS ARE BUNCH OF LIARS WHO COULD NOT FULFILL MANY OF THEIR PROMISES TO ME!!

Never in my life have I felt robbed at a business until today.. unfortunately I got into a car accident barley 3 miles from this shop and the cop decided to call these morons. Once I got picked up I was explaining to them that I would like for them to take me straight home due to the fact that I really dont have much money to be paying for a tow truck to drive me around Westport his response was "my boss makes us take it to our shop first". I was confused about why it had to be taken straight to the shop if I wasnt planning on getting it fixed there. So we get there and I ask how much is it to Bridgeport... three god damn hundred dollars $300!!!!! $120 from the accident scene which again wasnt 3 miles away and apparently $180 to my home. When I was quoted that I literally almost had a breakdown. Boss was very arrogant and inconsiderate. He didnt even have the guts to come and tell me the price himself he sent one of his workers. I tried to ask why it was $300 to Bridgeport which wasnt even 8 miles away and he couldnt even give me a price breakdown. At that moment I was just so frustrated, annoyed, and soooo tired I just told them morons to just take me home. Never ever should someone be charged $300 to travel 8 miles thats just ridiculous. Also no receipt was given to me once I made my cash payment after the idiot dropped me off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS BUSINESS DONT CARE IF ITS THE LAST CAR SHOP OPEN ON EARTH. ILL RATHER WALK ON THE I-95 WITH HOT KNIVES IN MY EYES THAN TO EVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THERE. But thanks for taking advantage of a young female adult and thanks for robbing me for $300!!!

My car was towed from a legal parking spot in front of a popular restaurant ( Harlan Social Norwalk ) for being there too long, even though I was patronizing the restaurant and spending money there. There was a phone # ONLY on the sign for the towing company. When I called to find out where my car was, I got an answering service who said they would call me back with the address- THEY DIDNT. I waited alone late at night for a call back. Finally, after several more calls by me, I got the address and took a cab to retrieve my STOLEN car. They DEMANDED $220.00 in cash and REFUSED to give me a receipt, stating that was their "policy." When I pointed out the police were in the street supervising road work and I refused to give $220 with no receipt, the manager came out and wrote up a receipt. All of a sudden, the price was $195.92, which I was told was because the manager was "feeling generous." What a hero! Dont EVER buy gas here or have your car serviced here, dont ever park in front of the Ironworks or Harlan Social, and dont EVER have anything to do with these thieving crooks.
