While I have relied on this garage for our cars service for many years and they have done a good job of standing by their work, the work itself has gotten worse over the years and the prices even more so. Be prepared for 100 percent markup on both parts and labor. A relatively straightforward brake job on my sons Saturn - not known for expensive parts or complexity to start with - came in at about $2,000, and the brakes are now leaking after major parts replacement. Westport is overpriced in general for auto service, but what was once honest and reliable service now seems to be in it just for the money. Disappointed.

Had the unfortunate need for a local tow after my car wouldnt start. They came promptly , were very courteous and professional. I hope I dont need a tow again in the future, but I would definitely recommend them.
