I have never seen such terrible business practices in my life. They make sure they have repeat customers. The hassle free warranty is a lie. They do not tell you about problems they find on your computer so you will be back in. I have spent enough to buy a new computer. I originally took my computer in for a repair back in January. I was told it was a virus. They never told me there was an issue with the hard drive ( but it was written clearly on the repair ticket as a fail to pass). 5 months later I tried to update to Windows 10, my computer screen wouldnt stop flashing. The owner had the audacity to claim that I did not want to pay when I told him to stop working on my computer. I stopped work because their business practices has no accountability. I was demanding to pay and for a work order reciept which he REFUSED to give. They will tell you that they put a "sticker" on the computer and will not give you a work order of what was checked and done to the computer. This business preys on people who need technical support. Do not get fleeced by them.

My PC was working fine until I added/removed a few items from the motherboard--then the computer was frozen at the BIOS screen and wouldnt load Windows! I tried everything before eventually realizing Id need an expert. I found Computer Jocks through Google and gave them a call. They took some time talking to me both by phone and in-person when I brought my computer in. They were very knowledgeable and seemed confident they could look into my system and get me up and running again. I was very pleased with the service I received! In addition to just getting my OS to boot, they upgraded me from Windows 7 to 10, cleaned up the inside of my PC, rewired a lot of cables around my system in a more intuitive and easy-to-access way, and switched some settings on two of my hard-drives so that programs would run faster! Talk about going above and beyond! I am very satisfied with the high quality labor put in by Computer Jocks and would recommend them to anybody seeking computer repair/upgrade work!

The screen on my 2007 laptop stopped turning on 2 1/2 years prior. The store I worked at and bought it from could not do anything as it was so far out of warranty. On a recommendation I took it to Rich. He only charged me $50 but assured me it would go toward the repair and he would give me a call in a couple of days. The next evening I received a call. They were able to recover the data but advised against replacing the screen as it was not cost efficient. I didnt have $800-1000 for a new laptop. They were able to get me a used laptop, set up, data transfer, anti virus for less than $400 plus they applied the $50 credit towards the new laptop. I am so excited! I have been taken advantage before because I know nothing about computers. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best!

Amazing, isnt it? ! ? ! What was suppose to be a $125 operating system recovery/repair-that they took a $75 deposit on-ended up totaling $195! WOW! If they had told me honestly, up front how much the charge was going to be I wouldnt have had it done because Im unemployed. But, TWICE when they called me to initially tell me what was going to need to be done and how much it would be, and then to tell me it was done and I could pick it up they twice told me the TOTAL charge was $125 and with my deposit it would only be $50 more for the job they did..WELL, THEYLL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME . ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE...CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! OH, THANKS, GUYS! THANKS FOR RUINING MY COMPUTER!

Ive taken in my gaming laptop (which is an uncommon brand/has an uncommon manufacturer) in on three separate occasions (for three different issues) and all three of the times theyve repaired it faster and for much cheaper than it wouldve costed me to buy a new gaming laptop and/or ship it back to the manufacturer for repair. The first and third times I did have to take it back, but they didnt charge me an additional fee as it was within the 45-day return policy they have, and they did remedy the issues. They are definitely my go to place for hardware -related issues. Thanks again, guys.

I take my computer there based on a reccomendation from a neighbor. They kept my laptop for over 2 weekss before returning it to me. Supposedly it had a virus or something. they didnt get the thing fixed until i threatened to take it out of the store almost 2 weeks later. Do yourself a favor and dont use these guys

Ive been using Computer Jocks for 8+ years and they have saved the day every time. Happy with the service, response time, and reasonable price. There are places closer to me but piece of mind makes it worth the trip.

Needed a part in a pinch. Picked up a sub drive enclosure, saved me 3 hours of traffic to Microcenter. Theyre the competition, but theyre an hour and a half north, so Ill let it slide. Hella nice guys.

I took my Toshiba Galaxy for servicing. I was not getting any sound from my internal speakers. They diagnosed the problem. Laptop is as good as new again. Good friendly service from Mr Goodnight. LOL
